Description of Work: Arrived on time after surveying the carpet and couch i wanted cleaning started to work immediately and didnt stop until finished. I was pleased with the results of the living room and dining room which is a different carpet'to the Den.The den I am not so pleased with. I have no complaints regarding the operater he was a hard worker, and was very knowledgable regarding fabrics etc.

Description of Work: Cleaned Carpet-attempted toTh clean "Old" furniture fabric. I would give them a thumbs up grade. They cleaned 5 rooms and a hallway for $185 They got out many "stains" that were there for a long time. Very polite! Very PROFESSIONAL! I recommend this organization for any carpet/upholstery needs.

Description of Work: I am a commercial property manager - one of my retail centers has apartments upstairs. Got a quote from Tom to clean 3 vacant apartments, a long hallway & some very dirty back stairs. The cleaner arrived on the specified date and did a great job. There was one apartment which had been deliberately trashed by its tenant - the cleaner made a great effort to get it clean, but the stains were permanent (as I had feared) and would not come out. (Not the cleaner's fault!) The cleaner did clean the back stairs very well, which amazed me, as I had thought it was too filthy to get it clean again. I used this company about a year ago for the same property, and hope to continue using them. They do great work.

+ -1 moreTechnician showed up on time and worked very hard for a couple of hours to clean very dirty carpet. Carpet had puppy urine stains everywhere. The carpet was completely clean with no trace of stains when he left. We were very happy with the results.
Description of Work: Technician cleaned carpet areas from front door to family room as well as two bathrooms and the hallway to bedrooms.

Description of Work: They did a very beautiful job on the carpeting . It was six years old and never been cleaned before. They also did my furniture which was 15 yrs old, it came out almost like new. Tom the owner knows his carpeting and cleaning. Very personal people. Even returned my call within hours. I mentioned Angies List and to my surprise they had never heard of it!
