home inspection
+ -1 moreMichael is a nice guy, but he is not very thorough. There were several things that he missed on our inspection. In addition, I paid for a wind mitigation yet he did not provide the "photographic evidence" that is required to qualify for insurance credits. Very disappointed.

+ -1 moreNice guy, but he missed several things in the house that should have been flagged. Also charged for a wind mitigation but was not able to check the interior roof support, which basically made the mitigation useless.
