Description of Work: After spending a lot of time shopping the various "big box" stores for bargains in appliances, I have learned to depend on Jetson's. Their selection is excellent and they service everything they sell. You get professional, personal attention from their knowledgable, experienced salespeople; and their service department is excellent.

+ -1 moreHave bought major appliances from them on several occasions and have always been pleased with service and employees. They are a bit pricey but worth it for me. Robert Waltz who was our sales rep and was very, very knowledgeable about appliances and helped me tremendously. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating to my needs and wants.
Description of Work: having problems with fridge, gave me 800 # to call, fixed over phone, no charge
