They were friendly and professional an done in an hour and half and he's already working on another estimate for a different project for me.

We wanted to replace the lawn due to the fact that it was being taken over by carpet grass. Ignatio came by and gave us a quote. to replace the whole lawn and told us when he did we wouldn't have to worry about the carpet grass problem any more. He installed the sod about a week later (march of 2014). About six months after the install we noticed carpet grass in the lawn so we contacted Ignatio. He came by and took a look the lawn and agreed there was now carpet grass He cut out the area's with the carpet grass and said he would be back to re sod those spots (this was September of 2014). He never did come back to re sod. Then in January of this year we noticed large spots of the lawn that just didn't look right so we contacted Ignatio again. He came by and looked at the spots and said it was due to a fungus in the lawn and that again he would be back to fix the bad spots. When May came without any sign of Ignatio I contacted him again and asked if he would come by and fix what he said he would fix. After 5 emails back and forth we are yet to see anyone. The bottom line is he was quick to do the install and he did respond when we initially had a problem but all we ever got was talk of fixing the problem, not actual results! I would not recommend his services.

They are very reliable and do good work. Occasionally I do have to ask them to weed. Overall, I would highly recommend them. They are very professional and respectful.
