Description of Work: Big Lake was prompt when they did not know the scope of the job required. Their appraiser was here within an hour of the original call. That's where it all fell apart. They understood that the repairs required were due to some substandard work done by the original installers, they also knew that they were the crew that did the work some 10 years earlier. I had to call their shop to try to get a written appraisal two more times without a reply. One would think that since they were the cause of the problem (by their own admission), they would more interested in fixing the issues!

 + -1 moreThey did what they said when they said they would do it. They showed up, they came in, they ran magnets around, picked up every nail out there. They just did a beautiful job. What a great company to deal with. If I need my own roof again I will probably call them back. I was very satisfied with them. My mother on the other hand would probably try to take the thriftiest way out. But definitely they were a little more expensive than some people but they came out when they said they would, they did the job the way they said they would do it. Cleaned up after themselves. You would hardly know that they were there except there was a new roof. I think they were very reasonable for the work that they do.
Description of Work: Big Lake Roofing & Repairs repaired and re-shingled my mother's roof.

 + -1 moreWe used them back in 2002 to replace. They had done a great job when they installed our roof years ago. It had some hail damage so we had to have it replaced and are having a metal roof installed. We are confident that they will do a great job. The information they provide and their follow up is great and expediant.
