His estimate was in line with others we got, not too high or low. He provided his license and insurance documents. There were some additions I requested to be made to my contract and Mario took care of those quickly. He and his crew arrived daily at the time they said and worked full days. The crew were courteous and kept the area clean during the whole paint job. Also, Mario was at the job frequently to supervise. The pressure cleaning, repair, priming, and paint job are excellent. We've gotten many compliments. We will use this company again."

They were a little slow to get started, part of which was due to rain and also some things that needed to be done prior to painting. Alex also helped us find someone to do work not covered in the contract (wood patch, vent screens, some concrete work) so that took some time. He was easy to communicate with - answered texts and phone calls and basically kept in touch plus was congenial. The painters were pleasant and considerate, showing up everyday once the prep work started; once they really got going it went pretty quickly. We would hire them again but would definitely start earlier in the year before the rains for exterior work. The pricing was good and we recommend this company."
