Description of Work: Mr. Yeager personally responded to inspect the home for bathroom work. The last appointment was not completed due to a mix up with the schedule. His apology was sincere, and he came for this assessment,. I was impressed with his professionalism, and recommendations. He provided several resources for me to review products for project consideration. . Although the project has not been scheduled or completed at this time, his interest in making the last missed appointment right impressed me. My experience is that not everyone takes the time to communicate, and follow-up. Mr. Yeager has done both.

Description of Work: We responded to the advertisement for a $49 bath remodel.. When we contacted the agency we were evidently transferred to another service provider. This switch was not disclosed to us and they now claim it was because of a large volume of responses to the ad. I would suggest being very careful about making certain this company does not switch you to another provider (which we graded a D) without disclosing this to you. I for one will never respond to another ad on Angie's list because of this apparent deception.

Description of Work: I purchased the paver installation Big Deal from Yeager & Company, Inc. on February 19, 2013 for $399. Initial communication with the company was good, but they admitted they were busy and it would be a little while before they could come out to look at the job site. Finally an appointment was set for March 30th for a site visit. Unfortunately there was confusion about the time of arrival and we missed each other. Another appointment was made in April (can't recall which date) and Mr. Yeager came out to my house and took some measurements. Again he explained to me that he was backed up with jobs and that it would take a while for him to order the supplies and set a date for installation. I have not heard from him since. I have not called him to check on the status because I've come to the realization that I might be better off going with another company. Mr. Yeager was very pleasant and communication was good in the beginning. I feel as though this is a small job and rather unimportant job for his company and it's time to give up on this job. It has been 4 months since I purchased the Big Deal, and 2 months since Mr. Yeager took measurements and last communicated with me.

Description of Work: I ordered the $249 Big Deal through Angie's List. My county was included in the Big Deal. I was contacted by the provider(Yeager Flooring) to set up an appointment soon after purchasing. I delayed for a few months and then tried to use the provider. Provider did not return several phone calls to set up an appointment. I tried an alternate phone number and was able to speak with someone. They acknowledged that they were aware of my appointment requests, however do not now service my area. I do understand that they are located some distance away from me, however why include my area in the big deal? and obviously wasn't a mistake since they tried to have an employee come to my home a month after purchase. Definitely not a smart way to keep your ratings up on Angie's list. The whole reason I purchased the big deal was because they had excellent ratings on Angie's list. I thought I was avoiding hassles.

Description of Work: I had carpet ripped out and hardwood floors installed. Jim is great to work with!!! They were able to get the job done in half a day. The flooring looks great :) I could not have asked for a better company to work with. Keep up the good work. You guys rock!!! Lisa H.

Description of Work: I responded to an offer of $200. consultative services for $49.00. I only wanted an idea of price for a kitchen cabinet redo. In order to arrive at the final estimate 5-6 weeks of intense planning,choices, etc all with the assist of great CAD. 3-d images etc. The kitchen was last on the list of improvements. Personable manner and can do attitude contributed to a fine overall plan for remodel, but did not have any financing arrangement for to proceed.

Description of Work: I was supposed to receive a computer layout of my kitchen and master bathroom. The first woman that was supposed to do the work could not fit me into her schedule. I was set up with a different person and he showed up and talked to me, but he never emailed me the cad layouts. He was from a cabinet making company and it appeared he was more interested in selling me cabinets than providing the cad layouts that I paid for.

Description of Work: Fine, the company contacted me and came out to observe the work. Unfortunately, there was too much excavation required on my land for the pavers and he did not have matching pavers in stock for my yard. Very helpful and gave me a quote on tile which I ended up not needed.

Description of Work: I received three phone calls from the designer in the first two days after purchase. I told her I was not ready to schedule an appointment and would call her during the week of 2/18. Since I was ill that week, I couldn't call. Since that time I've left at least three messages asking to schedule an appointment with her with no response.
