Excellent. Jim and his team are true professionals. We were working to a tight timeline and Jim committed to delivering. The day of the install the team turned up on time and wasted no time in removing the existing laminate and laying the new tile over a new vapor barrier. The team were quick and did a beautiful job. They finished the floor in a day and came back to do the trim the following day. Couldn't be happier with the result.

Estimator was on-time, project started on-time and ended on-time. Price was equal to estimate. Installers were cooperative and did a great job. I'd use again.

Yeagers' was an awesome company to work with! Everyone we dealt with (sales staff, office staff, installers) was professional and seemed genuinely interested in making sure that we had the best possible experience. We plan on having them out to remodel our bathrooms and kitchen and will have them out to install flooring in our laundry room! All we can say is they provided exceptional customer service and workmanship all through the process and we are extremely happy with the work that was done!

I called Jim Yeager when Home Depot installers failed to show up. Within 24 hours, Jum had his crew at my home installing over 1,1OO sqft. of hardwood floors and carpet replacement and they did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and accommodating of my requests. Jim stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend his company and will definitely use them in the future.

We had our floors done by Yeager in 2015, the flooring that was installed was having issues, I called Jim Yeager directly (because he gives his cell number to customers!!) And he was at my house looking at the issue within a day. He had the manufacturer come out, they said the flooring issue was not their problem (typical). But Jim wasn't going to allow his customer be unhappy-so he gave us a FULL credit to have our floors all redone!!! No small job either, about 1200 sqft of laminate. We've dealt with a lot of contractors, some good- most not but I'd say Yeager Flooring and Jim Yeager have proven to us that good service is still out there. He will not be your cheapest quote but you truly get what you pay for with Yeager flooring. This company will stand by their work 100% of the time, no doubt! They just finished by new floors and I couldn't be happier, Jim will inspect the work and anything the customer or he sees that is not top notch will be corrected!! You have a customer for life Jim!! 😁👍

The team at Yeager Flooring were amazing to work with. We chose this company to continue the same wood flooring into additional rooms that was previously installed by Yeager Flooring. We additionally chose them to replace tile in the kitchen and two bathrooms. We were on a tight schedule because we wanted to get the work done before we moved into the house. Jim Yeager arranged the install schedule such that the work started right away and finished on time. The installers were friendly and cleaned up after themsrlves every day. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their floors. Great selection of high qualify flooring, priced right. Thank you to Jim and his team.

Their quote was very reasonable, and we set a date at the time the contract was signed. The demolition crew arrived on the start date, and work was completed in about 4 hours. They moved all of the heavy furniture before demolition of the old flooring, and the house was cleaned before they left. The crew had covered every shelf and cabinet before starting the demolition. The tile, muck, and grouting were delivered that afternoon. The next morning the installation crew of three men arrived and started their work. Since we were staying in the house they worked around us so we could still move around certain parts of the house every day. Rone and his crew were fantastic. It took them six days to complete the installation, and the floor looks fantastic.

Mike arrived on time and was very professional. We have selected Yeager as our vendor of choice. We now have to select which flooring we want as the options are awesome. We recommend them based on professionalism and the services provided with the installation process. We will have to do little to no work. They do it all!

My husband and I were in desperate need of tile flooring when a big box store didn’t come through on the job. After much research we decided to go with Yeager Company. Let me start by saying that Beth is the sweetest, kindest person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. She scheduled us immediately for an estimate and a sales associate showed up the next day. The workers- Ron, Marquis, and Bruno were exceptional! They were punctual, polite, and always cleaned up when they were done! This crew is hard working, knowledgeable and got the job done in THREE days and it looks FANTASTIC! We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Jim and his team are top of the line. We were moving into a new home and on a tight time line from the closing until move in date. Jim worked with me from another state over the phone, showing me flooring options and mailing me samples to choose from. He went above and beyond in the whole process. Jim’s crew had the old floors demoed out and the new ones in without a hitch and they look amazing! After we moved in, we had a painter damage some of the flooring from moving around furniture. Again, we called Jim and his crew to come fix it. The damage was extensive and we needed to replace some of the flooring. The work was flawless and it was left clean with everything back in place. I would have never known they had just replaced half the flooring in the master except the damaged floor was gone. Highly recommend Yeager flooring!

Jim Yeager is the consummate professional. I had a flood in my condo while it was under contract, two weeks before closing. Yeager came out to my unit and immediately started work. The same day I paid for the work, they already had the flooring removed. Their punctuality allowed the deal to proceed and close on time. I am a real estate professional and it is rare you can get this kind of responsiveness and professionalism. I would recommend Yeager to anyone looking to replace their floors or any other renovations.

They arrived at the agreed to time on the dot. They went right to work and performed both jobs flawlessly with a great deal of care and expertise. Really nice gentlemen performed the work, too. They cleaned up after themselves, and placed the furniture back where it belonged. The Supervisor made sure I was 100% satisfied. I'll never use anyone else going forward for any services they provide, floors and beyond.

He was sent by a company that originally damaged my floor. I didn't pay him anything. He just came over and did it. He was real nice about it. He did the best that could be done. It was good quality. He was real responsive. Once they finally called him he was over here pretty quick. He was on time. He was professional.
