Description of Work: Yeager and Co. rebuilt our split-level staircase with red oak treads and new railings and installed red oak flooring. The workmanship was of the highest quality. We are now in the process of selecting carpeting for our home from Yeager and Company.

Description of Work: Started out really well. Then the service or person doing the quote showed up. Downhill from there. Maybe I chose the wrong company, but they couldn't or wouldn't blend popcorn in one area and tried to hard sell on doing the entire room, the other area, they said not to do popcorn, you should do knock down- we were okay with that I guess. In any event my wife advised she couldn't see us doing the entire room when its only a small section- then sales person stated that we wouldn't be able to sell the house because nobody would buy it like that. Not the best thing to say to someone proud of the home we worked h******. I called another Angies list contractor, and wow- they can do all we asked, and at the price we expected. I wouldn't say don't use them, but be informed on what they can do. Hard selling is not something I expected. Quote was also sent over, but didn't include the coupon, and didn't specify the work being done. It was odd, but again, maybe the communication gap was bigger than I thought.

Description of Work: Wood flooring had to have them come back to redo trim work and i was satisfied.

Description of Work: They installed engineered hardwood floors in LR, DR, and MBR. It took two days, and they did an outstanding job. They treated the job as if it were their house. No one could have done better.

Description of Work: New wood floors in family room and living room. I am excited to share my experience. The three pros were amazing. They worked like a well oiled machine. They moved furniture, installed the beautiful floors, cleaned up |afterwards and made sure I was totally satisfied before they left. I was even given a personal cell number to call if any problems arise. What more can you ask for. On time, beautiful work, beautiful floors, and great |teamwork. I'm a very happy customer and would recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. Very good company to work with, even the salesman and the girls in the office are great.

Description of Work: I wanted my floors done before the holidays and even with my material on back order they got it in on time! Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Jim came and did an evaluation of damage from a leaking water pipe. He made recommendations for immediate resolution as well as long term resolution. He was professional, honest and very helpful. | |Jim put together a cohesive and understandable plan for our insurance company, and went to bat for us when an independent adjuster tried to short circuit our claim. (This resulted in the independent adjuster being removed from our case by the insurance people and another adjuster being assigned who was more forthcoming and honest).

Description of Work: They did a very good job from beginning to the finish. We had drywall hung and finished to paint ready, stair steps redone and carpeted, LVT throughout the place. All problem where found and fixed in short order because they communicate with me and my wife on anything that could cause problems. the showroom is full of nice people who help us make up our minds on the many products that they have to chose from and answered our repeated questions with a smile. Quality construction during the remolding phase and I had no surprises when I dropped in the see what was going on. Next project I have I will just give Mr. Yeager a call and save time.

Description of Work: I received a quote from them for replacing some cracked tiles. It was a relatively small job. I didn't use them because they have a minimum labor charge of $600, and even if they know it won't take enough time to meet that amount, they still charge that minimum plus materials. The materials would have been minimal as I had leftover tiles for them to use. I received a quote from another company for the same project that was $275 material and labor. So, I wouldn't recommend them for small jobs, but consider them for larger jobs.

Description of Work: Mark, an employee of Yeager, came by and replaced a large piece of trim that had rotted on the front of my house. He had all the proper tools, did a professional job in less than 1.5 hrs. Would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Yeager did a laminate floor install for us and we were very pleased. They worked with us on the laminate price and gave us a great deal. They scheduled the job quickly, got there on time, and we're done in a half a day! (about 400 sq ft.)The quality of the installation job appears to be excellent. We will definitely go to them for our next project.

Description of Work: Never responded to my emails,said they would call and never did....I sent them another email telling them that I purchased flooring from another company. Their response was "Glad things worked out " very disrepective response. No apology for not calling or emailing. I have other rooms that need new flooring,will not be calling or recommending this company....

Description of Work: Used their contractor to install pre-purchased wood laminate flooring. On time, very pleasant and accommodating. Five guys, five hour installation of 850 sf flooring. Only problem was installer took cash instead of credit. Front door threashold is a little unfinished.

Description of Work: Yeager did a fine job installing laminate in our rental property. They were prompt, finishing the day on time and on budget. Yay,Yeager!!!

Description of Work: Provider sent e-mail to let me know he was out of town till 9/2/14. No attempt was made to contact me after 9/2/14 even with another e-mail from me.
