Description of Work: Jim Yeager personally came to our house and recommended the best way to install the floors. Everyone from our salesman, Mike Shorba, to the installation crew was pleasant to work with. The crew of Lee, Gus and Chris, worked long days, including Saturday to complete the job (1800 sf of wood floor) and within a week. The workmanship was top notch. I'm very satisfied and would recommend Yeager for any flooring job.

Description of Work: I really enjoyed working with Melanie but getting the quote took some time and when I asked her to redo the quote to make some changes, she never sent me a new quote, never called me. I have not bothered to call her as I don't feel that I should be chasing her for the business. It should be the other way around. I have moved on to another company.

Description of Work: Coretec floor installation in family room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. |Excellent work, fantastic professional crew, attention to detail. We were given a fair and honest estimate with many options. This is a fantastic floor that is very easy to care for. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: They refused to include beginning date and completion date in contract. We didn't sign it.

Description of Work: Tom and Keith took up carpet, removed the excess, and rejoined (seamed) the carpet back together without the bulges that were there previously. In other words, they corrected mistakes that were made originally by another company when the carpet was originally installed. It now looks great.

Description of Work: Showed for appointment. Rep spent entire time extolling the company's great capabilities and years of experience while basically telling me he could not be bothered with my small job. All but told me it wasn't worth his time but the inference was clear. Borderline rude about it, as well. Very off-putting manner, would not consider them for any future work.

Description of Work: We had him come out for an estimate to do a bathroom remodel. He indicated that he was going on vacation the next day and that we'd get the estimate in email. He seemed rather rushed and pre-occupied through the estimate and when we received it in email, it was very confusing and did not include all of the things he discussed with us. I had heard so many good things about this company but was very disappointed.

Vinny and Jim were a pleasure to deal with and I have since had trouble finding workers with ethic as good as this companies. You can not go wrong by hiring this company! Worth every penny!

Description of Work: Installed Laminate flooring and baseboards. Guys were very thorough and efficient. Job was done quickly with no problems. I would use them again if I needed any flooring done.
