They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. The quality of work was excellent. No problems. No surprises. Work was performed in a neat and tidy manner.

Corey Colaciello gave us a bid in March. We were impressed with him and his bid but we wanted to get more bids. We ultimately decided to remodel the whole interior of the house and save the floors for last. We contacted Yeager about six months later and they honored the original bid. We selected our floors at their warehouse. At our request, they even moved the installation date up one week. The delivery guys were very courteous and efficient and were able to answer some of our questions regarding care of the floors. The installation guys were FANTASTIC! We could not believe that they did the entire job in two days and it is perfect! Everything was left very tidy and they even swept our driveway. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend Yeager and Company.

Excellent. I dealt will Bill at Yeager in New Port Richey. He came to my house and measured and showed me samples of the type of the tile. I picked the tile and he had an installer come and install the tile. I was going away during the scheduled time of installation, the Installer Tibby did the work while I was out of town and did a fantastic job. I have received a lot of compliments already on the tile. Tibby and Bill kept in contact with me while I was away, about the progress of the job. I have Tibby coming back to do more tile work. I would never use another company

I could not ask for a better floor installation experience. From the moment I called, they made me #1. Cory came to our house and explained the process and gave us our estimates. He was very friendly and courteous. When Jim Yeager (the owner) found out I was active duty military, he immediately subtracted $500 from the estimates. We were on a very tight schedule because we moved in our house on August 4th and wanted our floors finished before our furniture arrived on August 9th. Yeager & Co made it happen. Both teams (the carpet and the laminate) were very professional, fast, and courteous. They all did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with our new floors. We were a little upset when our furniture arrived because then we had to start placing things on our new floors. A+++.

They spent several hours with us in selecting the hardwood, delivered samples to our house, and provided exceptional installation and post-installation services. The installers were exceptionally experienced and performed work of very high quality and installed at very short notice (in 4 days for 2000 sq. ft.). Jim Yeager himself assisted us through every step of the project; provided excellent customer service and post-installation services. He visited our place everyday to ensure the project was on schedule. Jim is extremely knowledgeable on every aspect, super-professional and is a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Yeager & Co. Inc. to anyone who is interested in getting flooring done, be it laminate, hardwood or tiles. The warehouse has an excellent and wide selection of all the hardwood one can think of. A great company to work with.

I wish I could have done this years ago. It was great to work with a team of professionals who met my needs in terms of looks costs and customer service. They were also timely too.

I emailed Mr. Yeager and received an email back promptly. Mr. Yeager said that his company would call on Tues. to make an appt. to come out. I told him that mornings are best because I pick up my kids around 2:00. I did not hear back for a few days, then they called when I told them it was not good. My 10 year old got home first and answered their call. She told me they had called and they would be calling back, which they have not so far. I had emailed Mr. Yeager with a few questions and he responded quickly. I would consider having them do work, but have some hesitations. I give them a C for responsiveness only because of the prompt emails. They did not call when they said they would and then called at the time when I did asked them not to.

THEY HAD THE WRONG THRESHOLD, AND THEY WENT AND GOT THE CORRECT ONES. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD, THEY WERE LOWER THAN AN ESTIMATE THAT I GOT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.

I hired this company to install hardwood flooring for my bedroom. After looking at a home that they just finished working in, I knew that I had to hire them. They take a lot of pride in thier work and use great materials. I will be using them again in the future.
