Extremely well. I found this company on the list and they were true to past customer reports. Prices were competitve, work was done efficiently and there was virtually no clean-up except the unavoidable dust that spread through the house. The work was done while I was at the office and a friend supervised but no oversight was needed. When they ran out of quarter-round they didn't wait to get it from their storage, they ran to Home Depot so they could complete the job as on time!

From the first phone call to the last, Jim Yeager did everything he said he would. I seldom meet business owners that take the same care and consideration for my property as their very own and Jim did just that. Jim is a polite and meticulous professional. He expects his crews to treat your home as they would their very own and he makes sure they do. The challenge for Jim was to match the previously installed hardwood in my family room with the new hardwood to be installed in the kitchen. I was told by Jim that the prior hardwood manufacturer no longer made the product but Jim found a solution. It is absolutely beautiful! This company is number one on Angie's List for a reason...service, professionalism, and integrity.

The entire process from start to finish was superb. We researched hardwood flooring companies over a period of time before choosing Yeager & Co. to do the work. Both the owner Jim Yeager and design consultant Polina Petrusevich were very knowledgeable and helpful with the product selection. They explained the entire installation process so we were prepared for the installers when they arrived. Also, they stopped at our home daily during the installation. The job was completed on time with no surprises. We were concerned about the dust and mess involved with removal of the existing tile, but the job was completed almost dust free! The installers did an excellent job with great attention to detail to ensure the hardwood flooring was properly installed. Their craftsmanship is second to none! We are very pleased with the exceptional work and would highly recommend Yeager & Co.

Great price and exceptional timing. They sent out several men to work on the install. My Realtor stopped by and caused some confusion with the work crew but otherwise it went great. One workman offered me the carpet scraps but he was in error and they took the scraps with them.

They were fantastic, a real top quality company. We are really tickled. Things really came out nice. We asked them to pick up 12 tiles we were not happy with and they did it without flinching. They were very pleasant, professional, and their customer service I would recommend to anybody. They were clean. They were fun. We were joking around with them. We had a ball. The owner even helped us pick things out and came to our house. They were worth every nickle.

They got the job done when they said they were going to. They used very good, quality products. They came when they were supposed to. They cleaned up really well after themselves.

They were reliable, easy to work with. The owner came out and saw something he didn't like and had his crew come out and change it. They are willing to work with you and they do an excellent job.

The sales representative came to our home with a lot of hardwood floors samples to choose from - great selection. We were able to schedule the work within 2 weeks of our decision. The installation crew was wonderful, very professional, wonderful craftsmanship, and cleaned up all messes. Our concrete slab required some grinding to level it, and while this was very dusty, the crew explained everything in advance, and I was able to make other arrangements for my children that day. The back-splash tiles are perfectly straight and the replacement floor tiles cannot be differentiated from the original tiles. The installation crew was terrific and because of their skill I would use this company again. However, the sales and office staff did not seem interested in the project and did not contact us to inquire how things were going, or if we were pleased with the products. After we scheduled the project we did not hear from the sales rep or office staff again.

They were good and on time, very quick and responsive. Their prices were comparative to other companies and their craftsmanship was very good. I will recommend them in the future.

They came out and gave the estimate but they never did call me back. I looked them up on Angie's list and I was impressed with their reviews but I felt rushed by the lady on the phone when I called them. She only gave me a partial estimate and I was not impressed with them at all.

The work was done in a very professional manner. The workers were always on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. I found a small problem with one tile in the kitchen which they immediately removed and re-installed. We are very happy with the results and every person who enters our house comments on the beautiful floors.

I had gotten 3-4 estimates. They came in below their estimate. The cost was very fair.They were not pushy and had a good variety of products. They were knowledgeable. They were on time and did the work quickly. They worked neatly and the area was immaculate when they left. They moved our furniture in and set it up for us.

Jim Yeager came out and helped us with hardwood selection and gave us an estimate. We decided to go with this company 2-3 weeks later. The following week they removed the tile in foyer and dropped off the wood. The next Monday they installed the wood floors. It took 2 1/2 Days. They did an excellent job. Owner Jim came by to inspect work once it was completed. We were very happy with everything. Jim is very honest and reliable. Another company we got an estimate from wasn't truthful on where their wood came from.

We met company owner Jim Yeager at the FL homeshow in March 2008 and hired his company to put down wood laminate floors in our home because he made us a offer we couldn't refuse; superior to the other vendors. When Jim gave us his card, we knew we made the right choice. Yeager & Co. was a 2007 'Super Service Winner' on Angie's List. We were so impressed with his crew; polite, professional; artists in their craft, & left my home clean with all furniture put back and wires plugged in. They took pride in their work! (a rarity these days). The results were beautiful! We were so pleased that on the last day, I made homemade pasta with meatballs for them for lunch. They ate every morsel! I have already recommended Yeager to a friend. His crew spoke very highly of him. We looked at various samples of hardwood and carpet at Yeager facility. Dennis was extremely helpful and knowledgable in guiding us. We decided on some samples and set up an appointment. Two days later, we decided on the hardwood floor and carpet we both liked. Jim Yeager and Dennis were both present to give us a reasonable estimate. Due to business travel, we had to delay the start date and Yeager was very flexible and communicated every step with us. The wood was delivered early to give it time to "acclimate" itself to our house temperature. Tile removal was the next day, and the crew was extremely careful by sealing off the area. Next step was removing the carpet and laying the hardwood flooring, which was completed within 2 days. The Brazilian crew was courteous, efficient, and punctual. Last day was new carpet laying. Dennis stopped by to inspect the final work and to get our approval. All in all, a beautiful job. Feels like a beautiful "new" home in less than one week.

Everything was fine. the young lady who brought the samples was nice the installed did very nice work.

Jim came out to do an in home estimate a couple of days after I called. He brought many samples and options, measured, and help me make a decision about what would look best. He left me with a detailed estimate. He was professional courteous and experienced- I knew immediately he would do the job. Work was scheduled for the next week. Installers were promote, polite, and neat. They removed all carpet and trash, moved all furniture and minimized dust. Jim was available and communicated with me throughout the process by email when I had questions or concerns. My floors are beautiful!

The quality of work was excellent. The guys who installed the flooring were punctual and paid a lot of attention to detail. The owner came and inspected work and ensured that the work was going per plan.

They brought carpet samples and then did the installation.

Honest, reliable, creative and went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Did creative design on hardwood floors and pool bath. timely. Him Yeager always stand behind his work. He's an A+.

Corey from Yeager came to the house to take measurements and give an estimate. The work was performed timely and the price was as estimated. The quality of the product is fantastic. We get compliments on the new floors all the time.

They were very prompt and professional. They did an excellent job of laying the laminate and were very neat. I was very impressed with the work they did.

Jim Yeager came out as scheduled and provided me with an estimate and explained exactly what would be done and what I should expect. He advised me that it would be better if the house were unoccupied while the floors were being done, mainly because of the fumes, so we scheduled the work to be done while we were away. Before I left, I removed all artwork from walls and his team moved all heavy furniture and rugs and taped off areas, to keep dust at a minimum in the rest of the house. Upon my return ten days later, I was truly astounded at how great the floors looked. The repairs done by Tibushi Desighs could not have come out any better and I could not have been more pleased with the floor finish. The movers then came back and replaced furniture, which was done without incident to the floors or furniture. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it was a real pleasure working with Jim and the staff at Yeager Flooring. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

From the time Jim walked into my home, I knew he was the right contractor for the job. He was professional, honest, and friendly. I explained that I was purchasing the house 1 week later and needed installation after closing, and before my movers arrived. We had 2 1/2 work days and Saturday and Sunday to get it done and Jim assembled a team of outstanding men to make it happen. Even though my house was vacant the contractors were respectful, efficient, and highly professional. Jim, Jose, Damien, Tobushi, Allen, and others I interacted with at Yeager were outstanding. I'm going to have them back again for future work and I'll be sure to tell everyone where I got my beautiful new floors. When we encountered difficulties during the installment with matching colors, the situation was discussed and alternatives offered. This is a top notch company with top notch people

They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. The quality of work was excellent. No problems. No surprises. Work was performed in a neat and tidy manner.
