Fantastic. Corey and Jim are just great. They were extremely patient as we could not decide exactly what we wanted and they made at least 4 trips to our house and we went to their store 3 times before deciding. They even brought out 2 entire boxes of wood so we could get a real feel of what it would look like. Jim stopped by every day of the install. We found some bad subflooring and he tried to steer me to the most economical solution. The install team was clean and worked hard to finish on time. You will be very happy with this company!

The installer did a great job. He showed up when promised and finished the entire job within 90 minutes. He was very courteous and did a terrific job installing the carpet. When he finished, you could not tell where he installed it.

I looked on Angie's List and after visiting MANY places finally landed at Yeager. I love that it is a family owned place. They took their time showing me different floors and explaining the pricing. As I was living in one home and moving to another, they allowed me to take about 10 samples so I could compare them with the furniture in the house I was living and then go and compare them with the tile that it would need to go with in the new home. I fell in love with this laminate as 1) it does NOT look like laminate (everyone thinks it's hardwood), 2) it went with the tile the new house nicely; 3) it went with both my dark and light wood furniture I owned and 4) it showed well in the well lit living room or the darker bedrooms. I love it! Yeager could not have been more accommodating. They were VERY patient with my indecision. They came out, measured and all without charging me a cent. Once decided they ordered and got everything done in the timeframe they said they would. Everything looked perfect when they left and they even did a little extra due to a portion of ceramic tile being cracked. That made things even nicer! I even have extra stock in case I ever need it. I will definitely use them again (like when I'm ready to replace the ceramic tile). I had one friend tell another friend about my floor. This person went to them, had them do the floor and could not be happier!

He came out and took measurement. He informed that he knew I was getting additional bids. He would not give me a dollar amount unless I told I him how much the other companies were charging. He stating that he forgot how much he should charge.

Great experience! Bud Yeager was very helpful in guiding me through the decision-making process. He made specific recommendations about removing tile between two of the rooms I wanted hardwood flooring for and it it was the absolute right thing to do. Frank, removed the tile in prep for hardwood install. Very, very clean worker...sealed the area and did a great job cleaning up the dusty mess. Lee and his team installed the hardwood over two days. Fantastic workmanship and attention to detail! This company is great to work with...I would highly recommend.

Everything went very well, no surprises. They had previously put in a wood floor for us a much bigger job. The handled each with the same degree of professionalism and expertise.

The carpet estimator was very patient and helped me find the right color and type of carpet. He took into consideration that I have a new puppy after I called him back. When I found out that they also do remodeling he sent someone out to give me an estimate to do some kitchen and bathroom work. He's going to add a bar with some cabinets underneath for extra storage. I haven't seen the final plans yet but he is very professional and easy to work with so far. He is the cheapest contractor on the flooring project.

I had priced carpeting with a firm that worked regularly with my general contractor. For the two rooms involved plus their closets, they provided a price of approximately $2000 for a 50 oz carpet over 8lb pad. I looked on Angies List and saw Yeager Flooring and sent an e-mail. Jim Yeager responded within an hour and through our discussion, it sounded like his prices were better, so we scheduled to visit their showroom. During our visit, we looked at books of samples and then went into the warehouse, where we found two rolls of carpet in the exact colors we wanted. When they priced the carpet and install, it ended up being $400 under the first estimate. Then, when they added their Angies List discount, it was just over $600 less expensive! We were flabbergasted. The salesman scheduled to come and measure our house two days later and was there precisely on time. He measured and confirmed the number of yards we needed, and I wrote them a check for 1/2 of the cost. The install was scheduled for the following Saturday. Saturday morning, the installer arrived and spent nearly 6 hours installing the carpet, but did a fantastic job. One negative note was that the person who cut the carpet at the warehouse had cut the measurement so close that the installer had to create 4 seams in our bedroom. The good news is that you cannot see them, he did such a good job! Over all, we were extremely pleased with the quality, pricing and service we received from Yeager and would recommend them to anyone. We've already recommended them to our contractor for future jobs!

They did an absolutely outstanding and fantastic job. They did this just before Christmas and I couldn't be more pleased. The floor turned out georgeous and I would give them my highest recommendation.

They were very neat and they stayed within their bid. They tried to work with us and met us on time. We changed our mind a little bit and we were kind of going back and forth. However, they were very accommodating. I really felt like they did an excellent and thorough job. They also adjusted the baseboards. The workmen were good and they put a lock box on the house so that we didn't have to be here. They moved the furniture and covered all the cabinets. They were very competitive in terms of their pricing. They were pretty comparable too. They have a crew that comes out and their supervisors check to make sure if everything is done in the right manner. They also made sure that we were happy and everything was good about them. I had no problems with them at all.

Of the three companies I got estimates from, Corey at Yeager was the only one who actually listened to what type of flooring I wanted and brought out samples that matched what I was looking for. He went back and forth to his truck multiple times to bring in as many samples as it took for me to find exactly what I wanted, answered all my questions, and even provided some interior design expertise (no extra charge)! I needed license and insurance forms for my condo association, as well as specs on the underlayment for the laminate, all of which Corey provided in a timely manner, and the flooring was installed the following week. The men who installed the flooring were on time, professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Yeager and would use them again.

Yeager’s have done an excellent job for us. We had a slab leak in our living room and had to remove the carpet, and all tile from the front door through the house and into the kitchen. We decided to remove the old tile from all bathrooms at the same time. Jim Yeager and his team have not only removed tile that was laid with concrete instead of thinset, but have done an incredible job in an older home with uneven cement floors. Not only the workmanship, but also the communication and ethics have made our personal nightmare more bearable. They worked with the insurance adjusters as well, and even he was impressed. No matter the hurdles we have faced, the answer has always been “We will make it right, no matter what – you WILL be happy with the results, or we will do it again”! We liked them so much, that we used them and professional contacts they recommended to do our counter tops, backsplash and paint the rest of our home!! Great bunch of people! Great results! We will use them again and recommend them highly.

Disappointing. Had only 2 samples of color I was interested in. Estimated price was the highest of other bids. Proposal was short on details; no breakdown of labor vs. material cost or even square footage of apt. Service would probably be good because salesman said they were serious about keeping their high Angie's rating. I did not seriously consider them because cork flooring selection was poor.

Jim, the owner, is a stickler for details and quality. He came out several times to make sure the job was done right. They did a magnificant job on the hardwood flooring and even took down the old molding and replaced it with new molding so you could not even tell that the new floor did not come with the house. There was no charge for this extra molding which was a big job. The also did a great job on the carpeting installation. In one area we could see a seam in the carpeting and Jim, the owner, had them take the carpeting out and re-install it at no charge to us. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a great job at a fair price.

They were very accommodating, on time, and professional. They were the most reasonably price.

The ad says they bring all the samples to you with their trailer. They don't. Very few samples were brought and I still had to drive up to the store. The carpet went without a hitch. The installer was excellent-friendly, fast, skilled. The tile not so much. The installers abutted new tile against old. I was told by the salesman there would be options to make it look better but the installers said there weren't. It looks bad. The installation was excellent as far as the work. The installers blocked my two large dogs and myself in the master bedroom one night with the only way to the kitchen being around the outside of the house. They would come in in the morning and head straight to the bathroom and again right after lunch. I don't know why they couldn't use their home or restaurant toilets. I was trying to paint the bathroom and they were in there a lot. I was given no instructions on the care of the tile except when I asked about sealing. The grout was changed to another company with a different grout name. The bag color matched the original choice but when it dried, it was grey and not brown. It still matches the tile but is lighter than I wanted. NO ONE called me to see how the jobs went.

On time ,all 3 crew members very professional and competent . Job was completed with minimum disturbance to the household .They vacuumed and left the place spotless.

The team did a fine job, and finished in less time than we expected. Where we had a slight (very slight) step down from the house to an addition, they were able to fix it so that you hardly notice the difference.

We had hard wood floors installed in our living room and dining room area ahead of the holiday's last year. As a customer, Jim Yeager himself spent significant time with us for the perfect selection of the right floors - focusing on long-term quality; enhancement of our existing decor and room colors; and meeting the installation dynamics of our rooms (which included the removal of carpet and tile) - along with our difficult time request (during the Holiday's). Jim was extermely patient and professional in our process, as were his installation team. The installers themselves were prompt, did excellent work, worked faster than estimated, and extremely clean. For example - when removing the tile, one guy chipped away at the tile while the other held a shop vac over his work to capture the tile dust. And to wrap it up... Jim came to review their work within 2 hours of completion. Our experience with Yeager & Co was a rare, and best in class, improvement to our home. We highly recommend them!

Terrific! They were incredibly responsive, and performed the work in record time. We have since asked Jim to work with us on a number of projects, and are more delighted with his company every passing day.

They were very attentive to detail and received a great deal of information during the initial meeting. They promptly sent the proposal and when called with questions, answered quickly. Once we accepted the proposal, the job was scheduled within a few days. The installer arrived promptly and they worked all day with just a break for lunch..they were very professional and cleaned up their area well. When the problem arose with the baseboard being too high above the new flooring, they immediately came up with the solution and took care of it by removing the baseboard and placing it at a proper height for the new flooring. They completed the job within the original time frame and did an absolutely marvelous job. It was a tremendous experience. Yeager is a very professional, customer service oriented company and a pleasure to work with.

From start to finish I have to say that I was incredibly impressed with this company. Their staff are all professional and courteous. Mr Yeager personally came to give us an estimate on replacing the stairs in our home. When I told him that I was a perfectionist, he stated that they were too. A lot of people say that, but they definitely proved it to me. With all of our bedrooms upstairs, they made it a point to do all of the work in stages that would enable us to go upstairs at night. I just cannot say enough good things about them.

We called Yeager flooring on a Friday morning and Bud Yeager showed up that afternoon to give us an estimate. He knowes his flooring inside and out. We also had 2 other estimates, but, decided to go with Yeager. We are VERY glad we did. They delivered the flooring 4 days before instulation, to let the product aclamate to the house. The installation crew was at our house at 8:00 am the day of installation, and all cleaned up and cone by 3:30 that day. It was a Great job,a Great experance and a beautiful new look to the house. We HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Yeager flooring.
