We had the pleasure of first working with Yeager Flooring back in 2006 with same day installation of beautiful engineered Santos mahogany floors in our 2006 Trinity, FL home. Literally, I left for work in the morning and returned in the evening to amazing wood floors. That incredible experience sold us on the products and most importantly, the quality service offered by Yeager Flooring. Fast forward to 2016, we moved to a 1954 ranch-style home with hardwood floors throughout, and in need of some major updating in bath and kitchen. Knowing Yeager Flooring offers kitchen and bath renovations, they were our only consideration. Our home offered some unique challenges along the renovation process that caused several delays, but the Yeager team maintained a positive and friendly demeanor despite the challenges of working with a home “built like a bunker”. In working with the talented guys on our project, we can’t help but feel we gained some good friends along the way, especially Jim Yeager. Jim and his team have a genuine care for the customer, and a tremendous work ethic to back it up. Yes, our project hit snags along the way, but we wouldn’t have weathered the difficulties without the skill and determination of Jim and his crew. As a result, we have a fantastic new bath, gorgeous kitchen, and floors that inspire awe. Would we recommend Yeager Flooring? Yes. Definitely.

The work was on time and was done with care and professional skill Before purchase they were very good at explaining and giving good and honest answers. We are very please with the product. They took care when installing and cleaned up afterwards. The Staff as well as the owners were always pleasant and treated us as if we were the only costumes that they were working with. After the final installation "Jim" the owner came back out to speak to the "house cleaning ladies to be sure that they understood what cleaning products to use and also what not to use on the new floor. We were very please with this added personal service. We will Highly recommend and will use Yeager for future floring services.

He was able to come out right away. He came to our house to get the carpet and took it to the rental house. Very prompt and courteous. The rooms he installed the carpet in look great. Would have no problem recommending him to anyone.

I was impressed with the smoothness of the process. Picking out material, scheduling, and delivery were on time and easy. The installers were able to finish our entire house in one week, and were flexible about working around another crew that was finishing our bathroom remodel. Afterwards, the area was clean and beautiful! Very professional and good quality products. We had a bad experience a few years ago with Home Depot installers telling us that our subfloor prevented the installation of a vinyl product, and I'm happy that we chose to go with floor professionals this time - should have done that the first time around!

Possibly the best contracted work we have had performed at our home in over 25 years. Very professional, prompt and neat. Outstanding product. Looks beautiful. All details taken care of - plumber brought in to re-set toilet and carpet installer brought in at end of job to re-install carpet where it meets the new tile. We didn't have to do anything. Great employees to work with. Vinnie in Sales - very competent and knowledgeable. He helped select the perfect tile. Robin in the office assisted with scheduling and bookkeeping. Neark, the tile professional did a masterful job laying the tile. Thanks, Yeager & Co.!

Jim Yeager and his flooring crews are very professional. First Jim sent out a water mitigation specialist to form an opinion of the damage and then even came out himself to take a look. Just to be on the safe side, he suggested that I hire a mold specialist to confirm what everyone suspected -- that I didn't truly have an abnormal mold infestation and simply needed to set things up to better handle any 'normal' mold progression (which was indeed confirmed). Jim talked me out of several potentially expensive plans I had concocted in my head (such as removing all of the bathroom walls and replacing the entire shower area), and instead got me on the right track of improving the ventilation and air movement in the bathroom (the room lacks a window and had an almost useless exhaust fan). It took me months to get around to having electricians come out to do install the fans (not related to Yeager & Co.), and due to other unexpected delays on my end it created a very pressing time crunch overall. When all was finally ready to re-contact Yeager & Co. I informed Jim of the sudden time constraints and his company kicked it into high gear. I contacted him on a Sunday and he had a crew there to start on the wall repair/painting the very next day (a two-day job). Despite the speedy service for the walls I anticipated it to take days/weeks to get around to the floors (especially since I made a last-minute change of plans regarding which rooms received which flooring products), but again Jim's team came through the very next day (luckily he happened to have enough of the hard flooring product available) and sent an absolutely excellent floor installation crew. The floors took two days to install as well, but I have nothing but good things to say about the crew's professionalism, their willingness to be flexible with custom needs, and with the excellent quality of their work. I still can't believe that after so many months of living with the water damage, that it took Yeager & Co. only 4 days to put my house back together again (...with much nicer flooring I might add).

Mike was very responsive and worked around our kitchen installation. Ronny the installer was great as well and a perfectionist. We love it and are already looking to use them again to install our backsplash as well as do some painting. We will definitely look to them when we are ready to do or Master bathroom and floors.

Everything looks great! The work was performed on budget and they worked around our busy schedules to complete the job. The entire team at Yeager was professional, and made sure to listen to what the customer wanted and offered valuable suggestions when we were indecisive. The owner stopped by to inspect along the way and made sure we were happy with the finished product. I would recommend Yeager to anyone looking to install wood or laminate flooring in the Tampa area.

I went to the showroom to pick out flooring samples and made an appointment for Mike to come to the house for an estimate. He called to confirm and was on time. He was very helpful and knowledgable. Once we made our choice, he promptly emailed an estimate and we signed and returned it. Received a call from the scheduler right away and set an appointment. There were two teams...one to remove the floor and one to install the floor. The team to remove the floor did fantastic dust control for the tile removal. I thought it would be much worse, but they did a great job sealing off the rest of the house from dust. It took one day to remove all of the old tile and laminate. The installation team came early the next day and worked the day through without stopping for food. My husband was so impressed with their work ethic, he ordered pizza for everyone, and they ate while they worked. The lead installer is an excellent master carpenter and has excellent attention to detail. The came back the following day to finish up the trim. We were impressed with the professionalism of everyone...from Mike to the schedulers, to the two flooring teams. The schedulers and office staff I spoke to on the phone with extremely pleasant and helpful. I understand why Yeager and Company has consistently received rave reviews. I wish more companies would be as professional as they are and perform such high quality work. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Scheduled an appointment for a quote on flooring for a commercial space of about 1000 Sq. Ft. Vincent arrived promptly, seemed professional and knowledgeable. He took measurements and promised to provide a quote within a few days. He spent about 20 minutes or so at the meeting and left. I never heard from him again. I called 3 times and left voice messages but to no avail - he left us hanging. Pathetic.

Every aspect was pleasant and professional. Crews were punctual with great attention to detail. We love our floors. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

If you ever have a problem, talk to Jim as he will immediately take care of the problem. He came to my house , personally, and made sure I was taken care of. Extrmely reputable.

Our laminate flooring and kitchen cabinets were damaged by a dishwasher leak. We contacted Yeager Flooring because of their 200+ A reviews on Angie's list and our experience with Yeager showed us why they have such an outstanding reputation. Every single member of the Yeager team , from Jim the owner to the newest employee was great to work with. Melanie, the kitchen designer, worked marvels for us within the constraints of our limited budget.. We gave her our wish list and she managed to get us everything we wanted while staying within our budget. All the workmen, those who did the initial demolition, the carpenters, the electrician, the plumbers, those who put on the finishing touches, were outstanding. In addition to their professional skills, they were prompt, dependable, pleasant, and very neat. Each day, they removed any construction debris, swept the floors and then vacuumed them! Living through a renovation was challenging, but the caliber of the Yeager employees and their outstanding work made it all so worthwhile. We are delighted with our new kitchen and flooring! We are very heappy to recommend Yeager Flooring to anyone seeking to update their home.

We found Yeager and Company through Angie's list, and after comparing 3 companies, Yeager won, hands down. Our sales and contact person, Vinnie Lamandia, was outstanding. He was honest, forthcoming, encouraging, and supportive. He listened to our concerns about cost, and had some good suggestions about how to keep those down. He recommended certain products, and was knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each of them. After visiting the showroom, we selected the materials and they were ordered. We set the date for the start of this work 3 months before the work was to begin, and were told that the work would take 2 weeks. As the date neared, our Yeager contact person, Vinnie, let us know that the crew would arrive between 8:00-8:30 on date we had originally set. The crew arrived at 8:05! After doing a stellar job in EVERY aspect of the work, we moved back in 12 days after the work began. How amazing!!!! If we have additional work to be done in the future, we will contact Vinnie first.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home. We wanted to replace the existing flooring with hardwood and carpet. We were referred to Yeager by a friend. After reading the reviews on Angie's list we decided to give them a call. Jim, Susan and all the staff at Yeager were wonderful. Jim came to our home and gave us an estimate for the work. He was thorough and professional. He explained everything in detail and gave us samples to take home to narrow our focus. Before we made our final decision we visited their showroom to select the wood and carpet. The project started on schedule but took a little longer than expected due to some unforeseen issues with our floor. The Yeager team researched the issue and worked closely with us to fix the problem. We could not have been more pleased with the end results. The floors are fabulous! Because of the wonderful work Yeager did on our floors, we decided to use them for painting also. Yeager's design specialist worked with my wife with color selections. This was a huge help! She was wonderful and professional. My wife loved her... Yeager took care to protect the floors and the rest of the house while the painting was done. The finished product was just what we wanted! It took a little longer than we thought but work was completed as promised. Once all of the work was finished a cleaning team arrived and cleaned the entire home. Bottom line: Would I use them again? In a hot second!!!! Would I recommend them to family and friends? In a hot second!!! Was the work worth the money? Every penny!! Definitely the right company and a class act!

Vinney came several times w/ samples to show prior. The matching to existing flooring was absolute perfection! They were done in two days, leaving everything clean, in perfect order. Keith & Tom did an excellent job carpeting the stairs, also. Every employee sent by Yeager performed responsibly throughout the process. I would hire them again!

Salesman was very straightforward that his flooring crews don't take off doors to move washers and dryers out, especially if the doors are currently hanging a little crooked, which mine is. Plus, they don't move washers and dryers either. He said a carpenter would probably be needed to get that door rehung properly so they could lay the sheet vinyl. He also said I needed to get the washer/dryer moved out of the laundry before his crews could come in. Plus, I needed to get the toilets in the bathrooms taken off before his crews could come in. Basically, he couldn't help me unless I had a bunch of other things done first. This means I guess I need to work with a contractor to get my laundry room and bathroom floors redone. Plus, since I was taking laminate flooring out of my kitchen and replacing it with vinyl, he said he would have to get a laminate crew out on top of the vinyl laying crew. That did make sense to me and the amount to do that sounded reasonable--$350.00 for a kitchen floor in a double wide trailer to have the laminate flooring cut along about 8 ft. and removed. Mike was honest, straightforward and friendly Mike had an honest problem with my crooked door and I understand why I would need to take care of that so he could lay the vinyl under it, but I didn't understand why flooring crews couldn't move washers, dryers and toilets. If you are laying floors for a living, it seems like that would be necessary to do. I guess I'm going to glue down my old linoleum or call a contractor as Mike suggested.

I contacted Yeager & Company after my air conditioner leaked from the second floor into my first floor bathroom. The water came through the ceiling and wall and caused water damage to the floors in my downstairs bathroom. After calling the company, Jim Yeager came out immediately to assess the situation. Jim really understood my concerns about the floors matching throughout the house and recommended that we refinish all the floors. I completely agreed. After the dry out (by another company), Yeager's team went to work. The two workers arrived on time and did an amazing job. Yeager coordinated with the plumber regarding removal of toilet and sink etc., so I did not have to worry about anything. The workers removed all the furniture from my house before refinishing the floors and replaced it all when they were finished. Jim Yeager was available regarding any questions I had throughout the process Overall, everything went smoothly and the floors like like new.

They sent a team of two workers who spent about a week to do the job. Speed is certainly not their goal and quality is what they are after and it shows. The floors look amazing and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. The team showed up at the time in which they said they would and they got right to work. Very friendly team who obviously work together on a regular basis and they know how to support each other. The team listened to any feedback provided and was obviously concerned about my thoughts on the installation and job. When the work was completed, they walked through the job with me and i pointed out a couple of area's with the baseboards which had some minor damage with them (manufacturing defects). They gladly removed the damaged pieces and replaced them accordingly to ensure i was happy, and they had no problems in coming back the next day to finish the job off. In today's world, you certainly get what you pay for and we got EVERYTHING we paid for with this crew. They have been in business many years and they certainly know what they are doing. If you want quick and cheap (with low quality), this is not the company to go with. If you want Top quality product and workmanship which will last a lifetime, you've found the company to go with. We love the finished product and couldn't be happier (this is coming from someone who criticizes all flaws in something). Great work and we will certainly use them again!

Yeager made it easy, I asked for contact on Angie's list and heard from Jim shortly after that. Jim and Vinny made it easy to communicate what I wanted, took my list, met me at the condo and by the end of the day I had a complete estimate. They worked with me on building access, and handled a couple of problems that I hadn't anticipated without a question. The work was done exactly on time, spot on the estimate and the finished product was perfect. When the work was all done Vinny inspected after I did and he wasn't happy so a couple things got touched up and everything was put back in place even down to the door stops. I didn't have to take off work to meet several different trades to let them in or supervise the work- Yeager handled all of that and Vinny kept me informed or Jim did. I always knew where I was in the process and what was going to happen next. Everyone in the office crew was just as good. Total no nonsense professionals. Great job and I would definitely hire them again.

WOW Yeager & Company Inc has surpassed our expectations regarding integrity, service and customer experience. Five years ago Yeager installed hardwood floors within my home, the price was the best and the flooring was exceptional. My wife and I were extremely happy with their service. Most recently, we noticed there were defects showing in the floor, and we asked Yeager to come out to the house to see if there was something we could do to fix the problem?.With that said, Yeager advised us that there were a defect in the wood and this problem should have never occurred. Yeager went into action immediately, sending out his crew to further inspect. The outcome was that Yeager replaced all of the flooring at no cost. This happened over a period of 3 weeks. If you are looking for a great product with outstanding customer service that will over deliver in everything they do. Yeager flooring is the place to shop. Previously, we referred Yeager to my family and friends and today I am referring Yeager service to the entire state of Florida how about the entire WORLD! Thank you

I have used Yeager Flooring in the past (about 4 years ago) to install hardwood flooring in my living room, dining room and hallways and had a fabulous experience. So when we decided to replace the carpet in one of our bedrooms with hardwood floors, we knew we would only consider giving the job to Jim Yeager and his company. Jim is the ultimate professional and he is THE VERY BEST at what he does. He's the only vendor I've used in Tampa that does WHAT he says his company is going to do, WHEN they say they're going to do it and for HOW MUCH they are going to do it. You simply can't get better than Yeager Flooring!!! If you want sound advice on flooring and a problem-free installation, give Jim Yeager a call. By the way, after living with my hardwood floors for the past 4 years, they look as good as the day they were installed and I haven't had one issue with them.

The guys from Yeager did a great job. Mike Shorba was my sales guy and he came to the house and answered all my questions. My initial opinion of Mike was very positive. He was really knowledgeable and when he left I knew I would be using Yeager. The three installers showed up on time and got right to work. They moved all of the furniture out of the way and got to work. These guys really seemed like they enjoy their work. They were friendly and answered all my questions. They even painted the quarter round trim the color of my existing baseboard so I wouldn't have to do anything. When they were done, they helped me get all the furniture back in place even though I had to keep moving things to get the area rugs centered. They were in no rush and stayed until everything was done. What was great about Yeager is that they did it all. I had gotten prices where it was going to require me to remove the carpet, paint the baseboard, move the furniture, etc. With Yeager, they came and did it all. When they arrived, I had old, crappy carpet. When they left I had a BEAUTIFUL, solid oak floor. I couldn't be happier with the job they did.

Yeager did a great job. Mike Shorba (sales) brought some carpet samples to my house so I didn't even need to go to the store. Tom Levatino and Keith Drummond were the installers and they did a great job. They moved all of the furniture, did the install and then put everything back. I was really impressed with how friendly and professional these guys were. My carpet looks great. Will definately use Yeager when I need more flooring.
