Mr. Yeager referred us to three different experts to determine the source of the leak; the eventual decision was seepage up through our slab. Our original flooring is no longer on the market and he furnished a replacement as close as he could get which we accepted. He sent carpet samples to us to choose from and we are pleased with the result. Mr. Tom Levatino, his mechanic, along with a co-worker, did a professional job of installation.

I met with Jim Yeager the owner who analyzed the problem and recommended a solution that would prevent the moisture problem for ever happening again. He explained in detail what was being done and showed me the manufacturers 10 year warranty on the concrete sealer along with the waterproof glue to be used. The crews were on time and very professional -- all were Yeager employees. The finished product was supberb. My wife loved it

We were completely satisfied with the work and the people at Yeager. Mike gave us an accurate estimate and offered several types and colors of flooring for our 2,000 sq. ft. condo. We wanted the new flooring installed throughout the entire condo except for the bathrooms and laundry room. We chose laminate, which is a "floating floor" - not glued to the underfloor, but installed on a layer of cork lining. Be sure you understand how this flooring looks and how it feels when you walk on it before choosing it. We like it a lot, but you may prefer more solid tile, which costs a lot more. The workmen could not have been more professional or courteous. They answered many questions as they did the work, cleaned up everything, recommended cleaning products (water should not be used on a laminate floor), etc. We found a couple of the trim pieces along the doors a bit loose and the workmen came back and fixed them right away. Replacing an entire floor is not cheap, but you get what you pay for and it's not something you want to cut corners on if you are going to be living in the place for years to come.

Yeager & Company were very responsive and professional. They were able to schedule the work quickly and did an amazing job refinishing the red oak hardwood floors throughout a 1,600 sqft house.

All went very well. I contacted Bay Area Glass after a referral from Yeager and Co and Daren sent a crew of two people out within a couple of hours. Scott and Marvin were very professional and courteous. They understood exactly what needed to be done and gone on with the work, taking care to clean up after themselves. I am very pleased with the work and I thought the price was very reasonable considering the speed of response and the time it took to do the job properly. Would definitely use again. Bud Yeager perform the in-house demonstration as well as the consultation and quote. He actually came out to the house with samples so that we could see what they looked like right at home! The pricing for materials and installation was comparable to other companies we had considered (i.e. The Home Depot), but my wife and I both felt that the materials and the service were of better quality. Installation went very well and very quickly. The installers were knowledgeable and professional. The flooring looks excellent!

They were prompt and they were courteous, did excellent work and did a great job cleaning up. Everything's an "A"! I did go with them for my remodel. I am currently letting them remodel my bathroom.

They were excellent, I talked to four different people and they were just excellent from the owner to the crew. The owner came out Jim himself came out and met me, just a great guy and then whenever I called the staff were extremely responsive and he would call in and the product he spent almost two years and it's good as day one and the crew itself were fantastic. I didn't have to be all they did the communicated how I like it done how are they gonna do it and they took so much pride in their work and if there is something that didn't look right without even have to point it out before I point it out they would correct it and if they missed anything when I point it out they did without doing it grouchily.

We received excellent service from this company and its staff! Everyone was very professional and honest. The two carpet installers Tom and Howie were professional and efficient. We will use this company again in the future!

Yeager was professional from start to finish. The salesperson gave us a prompt quote, the office staff worked with us to allow flexible scheduling, and the people who laid the new wood and carpet flooring did a great job. We would definitely hire this company again.

I had a bad experience with them a number of years ago. When I called them, they never called me back. Obviously, they didn't want to do the work. The owner came out. He was very abrupt because I had the flooring that I wanted to put on. He said that it was too shiny. I said that I know it will be a little slippery so I put a lot of rugs around and we never had a problem. He was just abrupt. They never returned my phone calls. I would never use them. They could have done what I wanted them to do. He didn't want it to be put in because he said it's going to be too slippery. Instead of ignoring my calls, they should just be honest with me and say that they don't want to do the job because they don't like it. I got someone else to put it down and we've never had any issues with that. I just made sure that there were a lot of rugs around. Responsiveness was terrible.

We purchased a $49 deal for kitchen specs/drawings. (We are doing complete kitchen redo.) The salesman was 40 minutes late to our initial meeting. Said he was running late from another appointment but didn't bother to call to let us know late. Our initial drawings were done within a week, no complaints there. We emailed back and forth to tweak a couple of items on the drawings and the company was slow to respond. You would think they would be eager to give us a quote on cabinets, etc.. We recently sent an email for a cabinet quote to the salesman and the email bounced back undelivered. Based on services revived the $49 we paid was high.

This company made everything so easy! They had great products to pick from and customer service was great! They made anything painless! Moving the furniture they made look so easy. The project only took 2 days they cleaned up and put everything back in place. The floors look wonderful. Love that its family owed and everyone really cares!

Jim Yeager immediately responded when called, Jim Hubert was called in to do the dryout and restoration - immediate, efficient attention which even included evenings so no time for mold to form, cabinet people were contacted by Robin at Yeager and we had a cabinet within the restricted time limit, Robin brought carpet samples to the house and coordinated all installations including new toilet so efficiently! Everyone was a joy to work with, so pleasant, and we did have a close time limit which was met with time to spare! Thank you so much to Jim Yeager, Jim Hubert, Charlie the plumber and especially Robin at Yeager's for an amazing job well done. Love the new look! Another silver lining in a dark cloud! Have already referred people to them and would absolutely use them again!

I contacted Jim Yeager owner of Yeager & Co. Inc. with a problem my floors were lifting right off of the floor in a home I had recently purchased. Yeager's and their team handled the mold and the water damage returned my home to beautiful, clean and most importantly safe

We had a bad rain storm which caused a slip and fall down our stairs, we asked when we could move this up in the schedule which led to Jim's (retired Marine) team coming out the next day to start that project. His crew lead by Chris (retired Army) had the project done in two days. They came back and did the wall, floors, molding and all the other work on schedule and on time. Even Beth the lady who answers the phone took a personal interested and saw the pictures of what were doing and commented on it. It felt like family was helping us, retired service men/women with great skills and Jim even provided us with ideas on work that could do that wouldn't even get paid for. The design, the work and the people, we are and will use them again.

Excellent. The demo and install team were excellent. They did the job perfectly. They did our fireplace as a bonus. Also installed drywall and a door to our master bath (since it didn't even have one to start with!!). Everyone in the team was not only very hard working, but they were all extremely polite and a great team. They finished the job as fast as they could so we could move in. They had done one of our previous homes with Brazilian Cherry hardwood over 10 years ago, and did a fantastic job. We would not go with anyone else.

Amazing!! Ronnie and his crew did an amazing job!! They were great to work with! Since we had almost the whole first floor done, they made it easy to move around to get to the rooms we needed. The floors came out perfect!!

I'd like to start out my review to state that customer service is the #1 thing that I value in a company. And I feel that it is becoming rare to find in the service industry. Yeager flooring has really impressed me with their customer service in every person that I've dealt with during the process of getting new flooring. Wonderful service AND craftmanship. Fair price. My experience started with my salesman, Mike, who was very knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and easy to get in touch with. I did contact him a couple of times prior to work being done to ask questions and he was always immediately available, courteous and helpful. The quote was very quickly written up and emailed to me. The office staff, Laura and Beth are very sweet and friendly! I don't have much to comment on in regards to the demo crew, they were ok. But the installation crew was awesome! Nearque and Maicon were the two that I communicated with during the process, which took a few days. They were both very kind, respectful and knowledgeable/competent. Efficient and beautiful work!! I really have nothing negative to remark on as they made this process so easy for me. This is only the second review that I have ever done on a company for a service provided to me as I rarely feel strongly enough, whether bad or good, to do one. But I would love for others who are shopping for flooring to know that this company is the one to call and you won't be disappointed. Customer service is excellent!!

This is the second big job that Yeager has done for us. They are professional and do an excellent job. Communication with them is very good which is important these days when it's difficult to get some companies to return your call.
