The floors were in very rough shape with paint and a large grate from a furnace. The did a beautiful job of removing the grate and patching in new boards to match and refinishing the entire living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and hallway. You couldn't even tell where it was patched!

The hardwood flooring turned out excellent. The type of flooring was recommended by Yeager and it looks fantastic in these rooms. The remodeling was done extremely well and matches original ceiling, walls and textures. They used processes to control dust and dirt and kept everything as clean as possible during the demolition and installation phases. The tile flooring turned out equally well and looks terrific. They suggested several alternative tiles and helped us in the selection process. They recommended the fireplace remodeling and design and it turned out better than we hoped. Again, they employed their dust control processes and did final cleanup after the project. We are extremely happy with their results. Their advice and recommendations were excellent. Their bids, proposals and contracts were well defined so you knew what they would deliver beforehand. Their quality of workmanship is very high, they use modern best practices and materials. Their teams of specialists were professional and courteous. They price their work fairly, payment terms are fair and they did what they said they would do!! We are very satisfied with their work and will likely invite them to do additional work in the future.

It took a lot of time to get the work agreement ironed out. We were doing extensive remodeling, including using other contractors to do some of the work. I wanted to make sure that everything that we were planning to do was clearly described so that neither Yeager, nor us would have any surprises about what was expected. Therefore, it took a couple of months to iron out an agreement, but in the end it all worked out to the best. We got the work done that we needed and there was never any dispute about what was owed for any completed work. I appreciated the fact that we paid for each part of the work effort after it was completed. Yeager's employees were all professional and did excellent work. The plumber and electrician that they recommended to do those parts of the job were also very good. The only complaint I had was when we needed to make a slight change in the plans after some of the framing was completed. I felt that Yeager was greatly overcharging for the requested change based on how much effort it would take. I expressed my concern and we negotiated a lower estimate for the work (still a little more than what I thought it should be, but not outrageous). I guess they try to discourage changes by charging a lot for them, but since this was the only change we requested from the original plan, I was taken by surprise at the original price tag for the change The work was completed in a timely fashion given everything that was done and with very high quality. We are extremely pleased with all of the work.

Job went very well. Our home was treated with the utmost care. The flooring looks fantastic and is an unbelievable improvement over the horrible carpet we've been dealing with up until this point. Jim Yeager was our sales rep and scoped the job. He found a very close color-match to existing laminate we had in our living room. Although it isn't a perfect match, it's **** close. The only con I have to mention here is that the quantity of material ordered was insufficient for the job, it was a simple mistake. Jim and his team made it right, though, and quickly had the situation rectified. I would call Yeager again for further home project work. At a minimum, if we have any other flooring bids, Yeager will get an opportunity from us and our prior history would tilt the scale heavily in their favor.

Despite the Yeager price being substantially higher, I decided to go with them based on the reviews I had seen and my interactions with them. It was definitely the right decision. I wanted my floor done before we moved in and Yeager worked with me to schedule that on short notice. The crew that came out to actually do the floor was excellent. They were friendly, professional and very knowledgable especially the lead person. Everyone I dealt with was A1 from start to finish. They did a GREAT JOB !

Great experience - they were prompt in returning my initial call, sent a consultant out quickly, and gave us a great price and product. Installation went very well. We are very happy with our selection of Yeager Flooring and will use them again and recommend them to friends in the future.

From the ease of setting up the appointment and the professional salesmanship of Mike Shorba and Mike made sure he was at the first day of the job. Which removed any stress that we might have had. the install team was very clean and very careful with our furniture. I want to add that the install team was very informative with us. every day they asked if we were okay with the project, just nice to have them asked us for any issues we might have. The installers also kept us on the.loop on what time they would show up to work and they were always here at the stated time. No guessing with this company which was very nice. The office staff was also very pleasant to work with. We can not tell you enough about the great customer service Yeager team has given us. Excellent work. Finished product was better than I could have expected. They went above and beyond to correct and repair my old and damaged floors. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the timeliness of the work.

The completed project has resulted in an over the top success. Yeager's Communication capabilities and Professionalism made the work move quickly. Not only do we appreciate the new look, the Yeager company has received other business from friends who have viewed our completed project. We have since had them back for another small job as well.

MY wife and I cannot say how much we appreciated dealing with Jim and his company. We always felt he was looking to do the job in the most professional, timely and cost effective manner. There was never a phone call unanswered or a question not addressed. We do feel lucky to have found Jim Yeager and his company and have recommended him several times since.

Owner came over and looked at what we needed then never gave estimate. Said we can do some of the work ourselves. If I wanted to do it myself then why would I call them.

After finding unexplained moisture in a small section of my wood floors, I reached out to Yeager Flooring to assess the damage and provide an estimate for repair. They showed up on time, did an initial inspection, and helped put me in touch with the right professionals to investigate the cause. When no one could definitively determine the cause of the damage, Jim Yeager (the owner) drove an hour to my house on a Saturday to personally assist with the investigation. He carefully documented the damage, and provided detailed instructions on how to present the evidence to my insurance company to ensure a fair outcome. Not surprisingly, insurance initially rejected my claim. When it looked like I would receive no compensation for the damage (and when most companies would probably lose interest in a small repair job) Jim persisted. He came back to my house multiple times, spoke by phone with the insurance company on my behalf, and made himself available by phone, text, and email to answer questions day and night. When it was all said and done, the insurance company reversed their decision and offered to pay for new flooring for the entire house! Jim's persistence literally resulted in tens of thousands of dollars of work being covered by insurance! When it came time for the work, the Yeager Flooring team showed up on time each day, and worked late into the evening to stay on schedule when unexpected complications came up. The crew was professional, courteous, and responsive, and the floors look amazing! This is a top-notch company that takes pride in their work, with an owner (Jim) that takes a personal interest in helping his customers, a salesperson (Vinny) who is prepared, patient, and easy to work with, and an office staff (Beth, Deb, Phaedra, and the entire team) that is knowledgeable and friendly. A leak in our water heater caused a section of our new laminate flooring to buckle along with baseboards in the same area. After I phoned Jim Yeager himself came to our house the next morning to check the damage and begin arranging repairs. He also spoke to our insurance adjuster to coordinate their work. Jim spent a lot of time checking for possible water leaks from various areas and told us to bring in a leak detector company and a restoration company in order to locate and stop the leak and to then remove the damaged floor boards and dry the area thoroughly. Once the leak was found in the water heater, Yeager worked with Meares Plumbing to coordinate replacement of the water heater and installation of new flooring in the utility room as well as the are damaged by the leak. It all worked perfectly and we had our new floor and new water heater in a short time. Since we were expecting company the following week, Mike from Yeager went out of his way to schedule the work as quickly as possible so that it would be done before our company arrived. The Yeager office literally phoned us every day to keep us informed about scheduling delivery of the new flooring and installation. The installing crew foreman also came over to scope out the area and the job a few days before the work was done, and it was all done in a single day - new flooring, water heater, and thorough cleanup. You can't ask for better service than that, nor a more conscientious company. We continue to praise Yeager and highly recommend them.

It turned out beautiful......what a difference to my entry way.....and it compliments the remaining hardwood throughout the house. Robin Morgan assisted me throughout the entire process and her expertise was so beneficial. She came out twice before the installation to discuss the project and measure, and the next day e-mailed a projected estimate. She then came out with samples that I selected and we were able to make a selection. This was so crucial to get the best match. She also came out the day of installation to discuss the installation with the workmen, and again when it was finished. The installer, Ricardo, is a true professional with artistic instincts, and it was so evident in his work product. This was such a stress free project and the end results were outstanding. To be sure, Robin Morgan at Yeager will be the first one I will consult for any future projects. She is a "hands-on" and her background in interior design is a plus. I am a very particular individual and Yeager & Co. exceeded my expectations.

It was excellent. For a project of this size and scope, it is unrealistic for things to have been perfect; however, Jim and his team go the extra mile and make sure everything is the way we wanted it. Our house looks exactly the way we envisioned it and what was promised was delivered 100%. I don't have any complaints and I would highly recommend Jim and his team. The level of pride in his work and his attention to detail is truly impressive. We partnered with a different contractor for a different project because we were in a hurry and deeply regret.

Tremendous experience with Jim and his team, right from the initial consultation until the end. Jim came by several times to help us through the decisions we needed to make and took the time to walk through with his project manager to ensure some of the nuances with our house were documented, mainly because we were going to be out of town while the work was being done, so wouldn't be able to make any decisions during the installation. The end result is that we have beautiful floors which have been impeccably installed, and we have the peace of mind knowing we've got Jim and his team to contact if we have any future issues with the flooring.
