The service did. OT happen. We cancelled because the plumber was so rude on the phone.

I wish every company was like this one! Eddie came out last week after I heard water running in my walls. He immediately advised that I call a leak detection company to find, expose and temporarily repair the leak as he didn't want to put unnecessary holes in my walls and floor, which I appreciated. The leak detection company exposed the leak and made a temporary repair, which allowed me to keep the water turned on in my house. Today Eddie came back to do the permanent repair and suggested a small reroute of pipe to eliminate future possible corrosion and slab leaks in the foot or so remainder of the line. He also repaired the hole that the leak detection company made, which I didn't expect him to do. He then replaced a kitchen sink faucet for me and did a great job. He even fixed an improperly installed drain flange for free. He recommended some items to be thinking about repairing/replacing in the future, but never pressured me. The professionalism of this company is outstanding and I'm very pleased with the whole experience. The ladies who answer the phones are pleasant and the plumber always calls prior to showing up. He was prompt, patient, honest and I could tell he takes pride in his work. The price was fair - I expected to pay MUCH more for a slab leak, never mind my separate faucet replacement. I will absolutely be calling this company in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Eddie arrived on time and asked what the issues were and got right to work. He was very friendly and gave me some tips to lessen the probability of the kitchen sink stopping again.

Had a leak with a running ballcock on Tuesday night that flooded the adjacent bedroom under adjoining wall. I turned off the water and called The Pampering Plumber on Wednesday. They scheduled an appoint for the time I asked for Thursday morning. The technician {Art} called 15 minutes ahead on Thursday and arrived on time. He assessed the problem and gave me a firm estimate within 5 minutes. Fixed the problem within an hour. He was very professional. Happy to recommend and reuse the Pampering Plumber.

First, they tried to save me some money by checking to see if there was a shut off valve on the well. When it turned out there wasn't, they showed up at the scheduled time. A water main shut off valve was installed, and at a fair price. The office is staffed with friendly people and it's an easy company to deal with.

They said the plumber would be at our house at a specific time and he showed up within the first 30 minutes of the three hour window. Eddie unclogged our main bathtub which had a very slow drain and he fixed two sinks in the master bedroom which had broken stoppers. He saved us money on one repair by not replacing the entire fixture and only fixing the part that was broken. He did an excellent job and next time we have a plumbing problem we will be calling The Pampering Plumber. My elderly mother has been taken advantage of by plumbers in the past but not by this outfit. The price was reasonable and even less than he originally quoted us. Before he left, Eddie gave my mother and I little bars of sweet smelling soap to make us feel pampered!

I would highly recommend them. Very comfortable having him here and I think they went out of their way to squeeze us in on a Friday afternoon so that we wouldn't spend the weekend without hot water!

He did a fine job. What stood out is his professionalism. He knew exactly what he was going to do. It works fine to this day and they have a big difference in the quality of the work. They were punctual, very professional, well equipped.

He was very efficient, everything worked out well and the technician was able to explain the process of the work he was doing.

I was very pleased with this company from the very beginning. I sent an email asking for help with a leaking kitchen faucet. The company recommended I contact Moen first for warranty coverage. I did so and was able to quickly get the parts I needed and then I scheduled an appointment with Pampering Plumber to do the repair. I was able to quickly get an appointment. The Service technician, Art, was one time, courteous and professional; he even helped remind me of an Angie's List coupon to save me some money on the repair service. My experience with this company is that they are really interested in helping the customer from solving the problem, to the cost involved, to the overall experience. Great service! I will definitely refer this company to family and friends and will use them again in the future if needed. Thanks so much!

Our five year old water softener stopped working. We called Pampering Plumber who put it in originally. They scheduled for the next day and arrived a few minutes early. My husband stayed with the service provider (He likes to be informed.) and the provider explained everything he was doing. We had a choice of "fixing" our current water softener or replacing it. We decided to replace the water softener with an updated model which has a 10 year warranty. We did not really want to spend the money, but felt it would pay for itself in the long term. After the water softener was replaced our service provider called his office to see if we were installation number ten (10). Every tenth water softener that Pampering Plumber puts in is FREE! We were number 10!!!!!!!! This company does great work. We have used them for other things and never been disappointed. We would, and have, recommended them to friends and neighbors.

I got them off of Angie's List. Everything worked fine after they were done. I have used them a couple of times and they have been great.

Have used them before. Eddie was the technician who came out both times. He is professional and does a fantastic job. They are wonderful...from responsiveness of scheduling to communication and quality of work.

I sued them for a blocked drain a year ago. They're very prompt. They're here within an hour. They're very professional and very clean. I give them all As that's why I called them back. I chose them because they were close and highly rated. I would use them again, I got their number.

Water heater started leaking thanksgiving weekend. Started calling around monday first thing. Nearly every plumber was booked for several days due to the Thanksgiving rush. Art R was our service tech. They came out, provided quote, called around for availability and made special trip to the wholesaler about 15 miles away who had an 80 gallon tank in stock. They had all necessary items in the truck and all work was compete in one day. Clean up was complete and I would use the Pampering Plumber again. For the level of service they provided, I felt the price was acceptable.

Wow! These folks are terrific. Soon after sending them an email request for information from Angie's List website, they responded. I spoke to a friendly, helpful person, who arranged the service call. On the morning of the service, I got a call from the plumber (Art Rears) prior to the scheduled arrival time; he told me when I could expect him and he arrived on time. Art worked fast and well. He did a terrific job and was friendly and helpful. He also found a way to give me a discount on the work. The price for the service call was reasonable, given the high quality of the work performed. I will definitely go to them for any future plumbing work.

We've had issues with the old toilet in our main bathroom for some time now. It would occasionally plug up and overflow. After taking up the toilet ourselves and putting on a new wax ring, new bolts and new fluidmaster tank repair kit, it still was not flushing properly. At this point I was over it, so I called Pampering Plumber as we have used them several times in the past and they do excellent work. I requested to have Art come out and take a look at it as we have used him in the past and he agreed it was time to get a new toilet. On 1/7/15 he came back with a new Gerber Maxwell toilet and installed it. So far everything is working fine and the toilet flushes like it should. Our other old toilet in our bedroom is still holding up, but when the time comes to replace I will call Pampering Plumber again. Both Claudia, (the lady who works in the office), and Art are both wonderful people and a pleasure to talk too.

They did a fine service. They did good work. I thought it was a little high in price.

Bill is the repair person who came to our house. This is the 3rd time we have used this vendor and he has been wonderful. He is very informative and professional. Have referred this company to my sister and she had the same experience.

Courteous, professional person who arrived a little earlier than promised, completed the job quickly and left the room clean and neat.

Had a previous good experience with PP, however, this time I could not get past the receptionist/service scheduler to talk to a sales person or tech about questions I wanted answered before committing to a service call. Simple I thought to tell me the brand of water heater that would be installed, typical cost for a 50 gallon installation (just give me an estimate) and a question I had about adding a shutoff valve at the water heater intake pipe. The receptionist was totally unable to answer any question and told me that I would have to schedule a $59 service call and have the tech come to my house before I could talk to anyone about product or price. Since she was useless to me for this transaction and she would not have a tech give me a call to discuss my questions, I went to another provider, Alpaugh Plumbing, who answered all my questions over the phone and installed a new water heater same day. I would suggest that PP should review their policy regarding initial customer contact for new service delivery. Being able to talk to a knowledgeable sales or service tech would go a long way towards better customer satisfaction. Annoying customers on the phone is not the best way to build a better business.

Very happy with Pampering Plumber. Eddie, the plumber, is very friendly and professional. We had multiple items needing to be fixed and he helped come up with inexpensive repairs for us. With multiple items needing repair, he did not charge us for a minor sink issue that he quickly fixed. Another company we have used, would have nickeled and dimed us during a multiple job visit. This company charged my wife $100 for 3 cranks on a garbage disposal despite having lots of other major work to do in the house. The Pampering Plumber does not operate this way. We have used the Pampering Plumber for major pipe issues needing a snake as well as minor plumbing issues. We have always been happy and highly recommend them. Thank you Eddie!

The regular plumber we had used had moved into commercial plumbing. We went onto Angie’s List and contacted The Pampering Plumber. Two days after he came out, we started having troubles again. He said he knew what he was doing and he ended digging up a three by three trench in our yard. The knowledge of the person who came out was not great. It cost us a lot of money and problems. I would never use them again or recommend them to others.

We got a call from our tenants at 9pm that their toilets and sinks were backing up. We called Pampering Plumber -- AND GET THIS!!: We actually got through to the plumber on call for after hours service!! No third party call center. No phone tree. The actual plumber picked up the call. And he was out to the property immediately. It was night time, and he had to go up on the roof to clear out the vent. I was very surprised that he did the work right then and there rather than postponing until daylight hours the next day. (Which would have been reasonable to me. I don't expect anyone to climb up on a roof in the dark of night.) But Art did! He set up lights and everything and completed the job nonetheless. This is the second time we've used Pampering Plumber on this property. Both times now, we've had Art as the tech. He's super nice. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Very efficient. Very trustworthy. Nobody wants to call a tradesman out to their home after 5pm. But when an emergency arises, as they do in life, it's frustrating to get stuck with a third party answering service that leaves you hanging, waiting for a call back. If people are calling at 9pm, it's because it is urgent. Yes, it sucks when these situations arise, but knowing I can rely on a company that can alleviate unnecessary frustrations by being dependable --- THAT SAYS IT ALL FOR ME. Hands down. Pampering Plumber, you have my business!

Art did a great job and explained how everything worked. Found that line that went through the refrig had not benn going through the filtered water and fixed it. We were not aware this had not been installed correctly. Also found the flushing mechanism in the toilet was loose when he was fixing the shutoff valve. I would use them again.
