Fantastic service! Eddie G. was completely professional and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up everything (including the roots he dug up)! Answered my multitude of questions during the job. Found The Pampering Plumber on Angie's List and I am so glad I did!

I actually used Angie's List to find them. They were a good company and I would call them back, but I think I probably could have gotten somebody for a little bit less. Everything they fixed is still working five years later. I would definitely use them again.

Eric was amazing. Called before he got to the location, very professional, checked water, left everything cleaned and was super friendly. The entire process took less than an hour!

Poor communication & advertising.

Terribly. It was a Saturday. The on-call plumber quoted a price. I asked if the price reflected the advertised condition of no extra after-hours fee. He said yes. Then said if I had called 20 minutes later, it would have been much more! He did not have the right size heater with him and said he would have to come back on Monday. Since the heater was leaking badly, I said I would see if I could get a relative to come do it for me sooner. (I couldn't) He said great, that would save me $500! He obviously did not want to do the job. After telling me my water softener was hooked up wrong and started punching buttons to reset the frequency of recharging, he charged me a $59 service charge. My water softener had been working just fine, but now I have no soft water! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company.

They did a great job, and were able to get everything taken care of quickly. My pipes upstairs were leaking into my downstairs. There was nothing I was not happy with. I would recommend them.

They were courteous, prompt, and came on time. They always called when they were on their way.

The work was done promptly and efficiently. AJ did a very professional job replacing our water heater. He was prompt, professional and efficient.

We got them off of Angie's List. We had them come out a few times around a year ago for a few different things. The price was a little bit high. I did have to have them come out to fix something. It was something minor and they took care of it. It wasn't a problem, but the price was my main concern.

The company was responsive and professional. They replaced my water heater quickly and at a great price when compared to others. Great company. Were not pushy with upgrades or additional services. The company followed up for feedback. Would definitely use again.

This is the third or fourth time we have used them for various repairs and upgrades of items. Ed is the plumber that has always provided these services. They/He has alwways been on time, very efficient, neat, congenial, and done a skillful job. We will use them again for our plumbing needs. Thank You!

Set a convenient appointment. Called 30 minutes before arrival. Was on-time, very professional, very clean and knowledgeable. Pleasant and efficient. Applied Angies List discount. I was very pleased and have already told my friends and neighbors to use this provider.

Eddie was prompt, friendly and efficient. This was an overall great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again for any future plumbing needs.

It went GREAT!! I was very impressed with the company's employees with whom I interacted. Claudia was "a people person" who was very helpful, and Eddie did an excellent job installing my new water softener. He explained it every step of the way. And as The Pampering Plumber advertises, every 10th water softener is free!! I was lucky enough to be a winner and my water softener and installation were completely FREE!!

They told me that they tightened up some things and that there would be less of a leak. They said that eventually I would need new fixtures. They gave me a price of 283.00 to get those new fixtures installed, and that was after a $59.00 discount. I found this to be very high. Another company estimated that it would cost $165 for the same job. I feel that I would have been way overcharged. This is not very competitive.

Called on a Saturday around 5PM. My toilet was overflowing and I knew there was a clog in the line. Called and Art Rears responded and told me he was finishing up a job and would be over in 45 minutes. He was at my home within the hour. He did tell me up front that it would cost an extra $70. I suppose it was because it was a Saturday. Never said. I did not ask as I was in a panic mode. Art was very professional and courteous. He went outside to look for the mainline pipe and could not find it. He removed my toilet and snaked the line. There were some roots and he told me to contact the city of Oldsmar. The only problem I had, was the cost. $373.00 for the time he was at my home was in my opinion, extremely expensive. If it weren't for the cost, I would consider using him again and would recommend him to my friends.

Phone staff was friendly and helpful. Eric came out in the timeframe stated with initial phone staff. He was friendly, gave detail on what issue was and how he would fix the issue. Informed me of the lifetime warranty Moen offers for their parts and what they would credit is for part if we were able to send new part. Will definitely use them again for any household plumbing needs!!

They were very helpful, prompt and I enjoyed working with them. Everything went really well.

Removed and replaced hot water tank. Very satisfied with the work. Eric explained the settings on the tank control panel which included a ?vacation? setting?nice feature. I?ve used Pampering Plumber in the past and have been very satisfied with their work.

He didn't even replace part of the bath tub hardware there. If they sent the second man that they had to have come out to correct it, it might not have had as many mistakes.

My husband was home for the estimate. I was not there. The technician reviewed the situation and left a written estimate for $481.25. I had trouble determining why the high price? I opted to do it myself. Cost $130 for supplies + 4hrs DIY time + $59 for an estimate.

My toilet began to leak badly out of the space between the slab and the toilet. I tried to repair it myself and promptly threw my back out. I called the Pampering Plumber because they are just down the road from me on SR54. It was Labor Day weekend so I was more than surprised when they came Friday! The plumber gave me a written estimate before starting any work and had to do quite a job because the floor is a quarter inch off. He put in two wax seals and grouted the toilet to give it support. So far, so good. We are new to Florida having come from NY and have been shocked by the price of everything here. However, Pampering Plumber was reasonable and didn't hit me over the head like so many others do in Florida. I was very happy with Pampering Plumber for their clean, quick, professional, honest and reasonable costs. Thanks Pampering Plumber!!!! Great job!!!! Update...have used them twice more and still no complaints. Nice job!

Plumber was friendly and answered all of my questions. Everything is working great!
