Excellent communication and great service from start to finish.

It went very well. The serviceman didn't waste any time, just got to work and did what I asked.

The toilet in the master bath was running. My wife saw a company truck on the road on her way to work and called them to ask about the service. Because no one was home, she had my father-n-law meet the plumber at the house. The plumber was in my house less twenty minutes and charged $175 +- to replace the internal flushing mechanism. I was so furious at the price when I got home, I drove to Home Depot to find the exact replacement piece for $19.95. The toilet continued to run and the plumber had to come back to adjust his work. I called them very upset over the price. I told them I found the item and the price, and asked how they could possibly charge $150 labor for 15 or 20 minutes of work. I feel I was taken advantage of due to my father-n-law being present. The woman I spoke with offered no apology and no change in price. I will never use this company again.

They did a great job for me. The gentleman came a bit later than he was scheduled too, but it wasn't a big deal to me. I have been very pleased with the work that they have done for me.

They are absolutely timely and courteous. They call you in advance to make sure that you are home and show up within the window that they tell you. The problem was fixed properly with no questions asked. They are very good their follow-ups and i can say if I had to leave a message on their voice mail they will call me back within 24 hours. Their quotes were much better that the other places that I had checked.

They came out extremely promptly and when they came in the plumber gave me a quote before he did any work. He did it very neatly and and cleaned up after himself very well. He did the job in 45 minutes and I haven't had any problems since.

Arben Kabashi was the plumber sent out by The Pampering Plumber. He was VERY knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and efficient. Arben found the problem and corrected it, then proceeded to make sure all the other drains and faucets worked properly as long as he was there. Great service!

He is a little more expensive, but he does great work. He calls himself the pampering plumber.

They did a good job. They came on time and got the work done. They worked in a timely manner. They cleaned up very well when they were done. They did a great job.

They carry quality merchandise, they are somewhat on the expensive side. But they do reasonably good work and they are professional and the technicians are dressed cleanly and appear on time.

They were extraordinary. I called at 7:45 AM and before 8:30 a plumber was on site. Dennis covered his feet,went right to the problem area, diagnosed it and fixed it within an hour. He made a small inspection hole below an outlet and determined that it was not a leaky pipe. He checked the toilet wax seal in the adjacent bathroom and found that it was improperly installed during construction. He replaced the seals and assured me it was a complete fix. He left his card, a menu of services and some cute soaps as a token of good will. These people know their business and are truly professional. The builder paid for the repair.

They came in and took care of the problem when other companies could not help us. They did a great job and we would use them again.

This company is great! The plumber I worked with, Vern is a true asset to the company. He was always on time, kept me involved in everything he was doing and genuinely offered advice and suggestions. It is hard to find trustworthy people and from my first interaction with Vern, an estimate for the job, I knew I found a great plumber. He was very respectful of my time, is a wealth of knowledge and I have already highly recommended him and his company. What other plumber would dig up your plants, make sure not to damage them and then replant them for you once they are finished!? I researched about 5 other plumbers and they are the best, ask for Vern!

This company has always done a excellent job in my home. They are reliable, knowledgeable and professional. They arrive within the time of the appointment. The technicians are very skilled and gentle to their customers. They are an outstanding company. I highly recommend them.
