The Pampering Plumber

I think I finally found an honest plumber. I got prompt service and a knowledgeable plumber that took the time to explain things before he did the service. I had plumbing moved and a water heater replaced and he took the time to explain the pro’s and Con’s of the different types of heaters to help me make my decision. He answered several other plumbing questions for me also. I am adding a bathroom in the near future and I will be calling them again for that.

They are responsive, know what they are doing, and they show up when they say they will. It's pretty good.

They were on time. They got in and did what they needed to do and got out. They were good.

They are excellent in schedule and prompt and they explain everything very well and the technicians have been very helpful.

I did not use them becuase the price quoted was too high. I didn't feel like they were being fully honest with me.

All went well. The plumber was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He made available a discount which saved us $20.

They were very prompt, the young man who was here was very conscientious, and I thought the follow up was great.

I was very pleased with the plumber who came to my house and took care of the situation. It was not an emergency thing but they still came out. He did several things while he was here and one of them was clearing drains.

He was really really good. He is polite, clean, explains everything to me so I could understand.

First, the utility company came out to verify that it wasn't their issue to fix. So, with the water main shut off, I called The Pampering Plumber. They sent Bill out to take a look. He was super nice, knew his stuff and gave me a reasonable estimate. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than expected and the total did go over the original estimate, but not by too much. Based on where the leak was and how damaged the underside of the pipe was, he could not have known to estimate any higher than he had. Bill was courteous, professional and not only cleaned up the area around the hole that had to be dug for the repair, but also the washed out sand and silt on the sidewalk from the leak. I would recommend The Pampering Plumber to friends and neighbors and I will definitely be using their services again as needed.

At first I didn't like the $59 service fee to get a quote, so my very first impression was not great. We also got quotes from 3 other companies on Angies List that didn't charge a fee. However, Pampering Plumbers distinguished themselves from the very first visit as the most professional and most thorough company. Eddie spent way more time than the other companies inspecting the job and taking notes. For the shower handles, Eddie found ones that would match the handles on the sink and provided a picture. The price was very good. It was about $800 less than the other companies, and of course the $59 service fee was waived since we accepted the job. Everyone at this company was very courteous and professional. They went out of their way to give me helpful suggestions. We were having a deck built in our backyard the same day the plumbers were here, and there was an issue with the hose bib where the deck was going to go. The plumber took some time to think about and suggest other alternatives as to where we could put a hose bib. He also suggested putting a new one in at a location I had not thought of, and I'm so glad we did because we have already used the hose in that spot a few times. They did not charge us for this new bib. The actual work was done by a very experienced plumber and also one with less experience, but the more experienced one supervised closely. They also happened to find a problem with the sewer line that was not part of the job and fixed it. It was old ceramic pipe that had been repaired that could have caused problems in the future. We did have one issue where the toilet feed line had been knocked loose during the job and it leaked a bit on the floor. They returned quickly and fixed the problem. We have noticed much better water flow with the new pipes. We were very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them.

contacted company by phone, was given a time window, cost of call if no work performed. He arrived early in the time frame, was extremely pleasant and professional. An estimate was given which I felt was very reasonable and he proceeded to do the job (unclogging a kitchen drain) He ran over 50 feet of snake down the drain until he hit the clog, cleared it and checked four times before declaring it clear. He replaced plumbing parts which I had already removed, replaced one part with a better one, triple checked and then reworked until nothing leaked (not an easy task in this old house). He then filled the sinks 4 times and let all of the water out at once to be certain the drain was clear. He brought his own mat so that he did not soil my floors, cleaned up his mess and part of ours, offered to empty the buckets we had been using in lieu of a drain, wiped down my cabinet doors and generally left my kitchen neater than when he arrived. This old house is divided into multiple apartments, has had no maintenance since my landlord bought it and looks it. There are 3 generations of us, 9 people in all and this is the only place we have thus far found large enough to accomodate us all. We have have experience some snobbery as a result, but this man was a true gentleman and if judgmental, did not show it. A trait we greatly appreciate, since the circumstances of us all being together are beyond anyone's control.

It was great. He was great. We had picked up the piece for the sink ourselves. It turned out that the piece out of the box was not working which was surprising to him. He said that he had never seen one not work so my husband ran back and got another. He waited and didn't charge us for the time. We were really impressed by that. Everything else was great. He was absolutely terrific. The price was good. Everything he did has been great and we would absolutely use him again.

He was in and out in 10 minutes and he was fine. I would definitely call him again, but I don’t think there was anything outstanding.

They did a great job. Called our tenant and went out and unclogged what we asked thme to.

THE PAMPERING PLUMBER/PLUMBERS OF SUOJANEN ERP We have used The Pampering Plumber/Plumbers of Suojanen Erp, a couple times. They responded promptly. The workers, were fine and courteous.

We had two separate experiences with this company. The first had a little bit of a scheduling issue due to an emergency repair right before our appointment (hence the B grade). That's understandable and they weren't too late (about 30 minutes past the scheduled window). The second one was right on time. Both plumbers were friendly and professional. They gave us excellent advice for keeping our plumbing working correctly and did the work for a very affordable price! They even talked my husband through a minor toilet repair issue that was specific to the brand we had for no charge. We had already purchased the parts and planned to do the repair ourselves anyway. This was just part of the plumbing inspection ot make sure everything was in order. When the work was done they cleaned up after themselves so there was no follow up work on my part.

So far, the heater has not shut off since the replacement part was installed.

No surprises. He was very respectful of his surroundings and placed protective mats down to protect the floors. He was up front with the cost and disposed of the old disposal

I called at 3:30 p.m. and they came, fixed the leak and were gone by 5 p.m. They said there would be a $59 service charged but it was applied to the overall cost.

Excellent. I called them at 8:00 AM and they were here by Noon. I was given an estimate and approved the work to be done. The faucet was replaced in less than an hour including patching the exterior stucco around the faucet.

I called Pampering Plumber for this work because I was satisfied with prior work they performed for me a month ago. This time the installer was Art. He was prompt, courteous, and experienced. As a recent widow, I have to be able to trust those I call for help. I do trust this company and its employees.

Quick response, phone and email. Appointment set up on line. Very professional, brought a carpet cover for the floor, wore clean slip ons over shoes. DId a fantastic job, explained what he would do and what it would cost. Highly recommend.
