Employee was friendly and efficient. Wore booties in the house. I have used other plumbing companies in the past - but, if needed, will use Pampering Plumber in the future.

We had a $25 coupon from Angie’s list and we used it for this service. The experience with them was good. It was kind of expensive but they came out right away. They got out here quickly and that in particular stuck out to me during this experience with them. They took care of the problem. I would possibly use them again in the future. It’s just that they were a little expensive.

Toilet was leaking around the base and called Pampering plumber. AJ came out the next day. AJ said he would be here between 9 and 12. Called just after 9 and said he was about 30 minutes out and arrived about 9:20. Very, very professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. finished the job quickly and it looked great. Will most definately use them again! No issues useing our Angie's list coupon which brought the total from $172 to $147.

I am very happy with them and would use them again.

Bill from The Pampering Plumber came out and was able to fix everything for us!! He was wonderful and explained everything to me as he worked. He also took the time to answer other questions regarding our water heater, which was not the reason he was there. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber!! They were excellent and quick to respond!

A couple of days before there was water running out from under the baseboards into the master bedroom I thought I could hear a faint sound like water running in the bathroom. Because it is also the wall that is next to our pool equipment and I could find no indication of a leak I only looked off and on to check for water. On the 29th of November I walked into the master and found water running across our floor. After shutting off the water, I immediately started looking through Angie's List for a plumber. I came across a listing and coupon for Pampering Plumber and called them for service. At that time our twins were 7 months old and the thought of being without water was scary. It was later in the evening when Eric showed up and looked for the leak. We turned the water back on and he could hear the leak behind the bathroom cabinets. I showed him on the outside where I thought it might be (near a water faucet) and explained that work had been done there approximately 8 years ago when we renovated and moved in. It was getting late and with the shorter daylight it was getting dark. Eric suggested that instead of opening up the wall outside and not knowing if that was where the leak actually was, or instead of cutting a hole in the back of our cabinets (not knowing exactly where the leak was), as it would most certainly increase the price of the job; which was after his recommendation to have the granite and cabinets removed for ease of finding leak and rather than cutting out the back of the cabinet to get to the wall, was to call a leak detection service which would probably run us about $250.00. But Eric assured me that it was much less than what he would have to charge. Eric gave me a number to call and he left, telling me if I could get it done on Thursday night he would make time to come out on Friday otherwise we would have to wait until Monday. Needless to say that did not allow us to use the service call as part of the total charge. That was just not going to happen with 7 mo. twins and my 82 year old mother living with us. I called IFindLeaks, LLC and he came out Thursday night and made a determination of the "area" of the leak and drew on the back of the cabinet for Eric to be able to cut it out. Don from IFindLeaks said he would call Eric and let him know he found the leak. The next morning I called PP to make sure that they were coming out and Eric asked about IFL and did I have something to cut the cabinet with because he didn't. I said yes and he assured me he would be out that evening. I cut the back of the cabinet myself to save money and reduce the time Eric would have to be here. I cleaned the area up and waited. When he arrived I showed him the spot and he had to make a hole through the backerboard. Needless to say cement board went everywhere in the bathroom and into our bedroom. When Eric found the leak, guess what, it was right at the outside faucet. Outside we went as that would be the "easiest" area to work in. As Eric hit through the stucco, it was obvious that there was a previous hole in the concrete block and the fix became very easy. The repair was to a previous repair from 8 years ago. Eric cleaned up the outside, told us we needed to board up the hole so that critters wouldn't get in and have the hole repaired. Eric gave me the bill for $210.00 and when I remarked that I had cut the hole for him and that he didn't even clean up the bathroom he told me that it was at a discounted price because we had called them back to fix the problem. He then took off the $40.00 coupon from Angie's List and the final bill was $178.00 plus the $59.00 service call from the day before and thankfully Don only charged us $89.00 for detecting the leak. The repair was done, but I was left with a feeling that it could have been handled the day before if Eric had just listened to me and checked the outside faucet. I felt like he just didn't want to be bothered on Thursday evening, it was getting too late. That left us for two days having to run outside to turn the water off and on so that the leak didn't flood the master bedroom. Sure didn't feel as if there was a "Pampering" experience

I called on Monday morning when they opened and they were able to schedule me the same day since my existing water heater was leaking. Eddie called prior to arriving and was here within the scheduled time frame. In addition to just replacing the water heater I explained how I wanted the supply and return piping into the new unit to be installed. I asked him his opinion on this and he said that what I wanted was not as professional as he would want to do it but he understood why I wanted it that way and it would be no problem. I also asked him about putting a drip pan underneath the new unit. He said it wasn?t really necessary since the water heater was in the garage. I thought about it and decided I still wanted one but appreciated that he didn't want to sell me something I didn't need. He installed everything and was very friendly as I asked questions while he worked. After the job was done he wrote up the ticket and called the office. He put his phone on speaker so I could hear them say that I was #10 and my water heater was free. Woo Hoo! It?s really true that The Pampering Plumber gives away free water heaters (including the installation). I paid for the extra?s I wanted but those costs were very reasonable (The approximate cost I entered was what everything would have cost). Eddie was great and I?d want him again the next time I call. This review would be too long if I said everything positive I could say about him and his work. I suspect that all of their plumbers would be just as friendly and professional. I almost forgot to mention that prior to scheduling on Monday I had called on Saturday and Briana was very friendly and took the time to explain my options and answer several questions I had about getting a new water heater. Everyone at The Pampering Plumber I dealt with was top notch.

They did a nice job. My only complaint was when I was given a price, there was no break down on what the water heater cost and what was the labor cost. Other than that, I am very happy with their service.

Actually, that’s why I called because there was a review and she actually took the time and the trouble to go on and answer it, so I called them out for that reason. Actually, he’s been out several times and I’ve actually even started using him at my office and he’s been there for several times. We are happy at what he does. He’s very honest, goes over things with you and has even taken some time to answer questions we didn’t call out for.

It went great. I called on Tuesday afternoon, they came Wednesday morning, right on time. Because the brass knob had broke off behind the tile wall, I thought I would have to cut into the wall, cut out the old shower control, and solder in a new one. He told me he would attempt to remove the old cartridge first - with no guarantees it would work - and if he wasn't successful, he would then have to look at opening the wall to replace the entire control system. Thankfully he was able to remove the old cartridge and replace it. He even reminded me to print out my coupon, which saved me another $25!! Very pleased with the prompt, professional service!

Came very late in the day, 8:00 pm the first day (Thursday) which was the day after my call for service. Came at the same time or later the second day. Was not given a window of time as to when to expect the plumber. Worked for me though simply because I work on the other end of town. Took about 3 hours total, over both days. Work was excellent and plumber was obviously very experienced. Very professional. Only issue is that of pricing. For labor, and a few materials such as some CPVC pipe, an initial price of $489, before coupon, seemed quite high.

It well as it could have. The water heater was 15 years old and on borrowed time. Their employees are friendly and courteous.

I was in the process of having my cabinets refaced and counter-tops replaced. When the countertop installers went to turn off the shut-off under the sink the knob snapped right off and they couldn't shut the water to the faucets. I quickly logged into Angie's List and searched for plumbers in my area with satisfactory ratings. Pampered Plumber beat their competition hands down. I made the call and the person that answered the phone was quite understanding and checked the schedule and told me that a plumber would be at my home in approximately 2 hours. I received a call from Bill in about an hour later telling me that he was on his way. When Bill arrived, he entered the house with booties over his work shoes and I showed him what I needed done and decided while he was at the house to have him remove the facets in the sinks so that when the counter top installed returned they could take the old sinks with them. Bill provided an estimate which was the final cost of the work he performed. I was very satisfied with the job, so much so that went it came time to reinstall the facets and connect the plumbing back up after the new countertops were installed I call Pampered Plumbers and requested Bill again. It's so comforting to know that I have a resource that I can go to whenever I need something done around the house. Thank you!

The water pressure in our kitchen sink was very low - not even enough pressure to use the sprayer. Art was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, grabbed a new fixture from the truck, and fixed the problem within an hour. He was also very nice to my dog, which I think is important :) The water pressure in my sink is now great and I have a new fixture! I would definitely recommend them!

They were due here between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - and were to call before coming. At 1:10 p.m. I called to see why no one had called or shown up. She said she had no record of the call - made excuses - and rescheduled for in the morning. We'll see if any of their "technicians" (5) show up. The first time I called, the woman at their office told me the call would be $59 and I could not use the coupon from Angie's List. All I need is for someone to check the plumbing on the existing stackable washer/dryer set to be sure it's up to code requirements.

Thought we were having problems with tankless water heater, but plumber discovered Moen cartridges needed replacing. He replaced the cartridges and now we have hot water in showers!

Great service, they came out and walked the site with me, explained what needed to be done. Appointments were scheduled, they were on time and did a great job. 2 weeks afterwards, came back to make sure everything was working properly. Great experience.

Overall, the process went very smoothly. This company is attentive to providing good customer service. And, they worked very well with our insurance company and the leak detection company.

The installer , Art was extremely professional and meticulous. The job was completed on schedule and on time. I requested the same mfg. unit as a replacement since the original lasted 18yrs (AO Smith). Now here is the best part....I received a call this morning stating that I was the tenth unit installed and my unit is Free of Charge!!! I knew about the promotion they were running but did not pay much attention and as I told the representative, I never win anything. Well, to our amazement , we received a call today and tomorrow they will be at the house promoting our unit and deliver a reimbursement check. Thank you Pampering Plumber and thank you Angie's List. Needless to say I will always do my plumbing business with Pampering Plumber.

Not my best experience--he was not familiar with the care and cautions required with cultured marble products.

The drain is unclogged and I feel that it was a relatively good price to have someone come out to perform the task.

I called and they sent Eric out right away to install a new toilet. He took the old toilet out which was only a year and a half old, but leaked. Eric said that he could fix the old one to save me money,but i wanted to get rid of the 2 piece toilet for a 1 piece that i had already purchased.The old one was put in and had shims under it and left open.Eric got the new one out of my van and volunteered to put the other(i purchased 2 new toilets) in the garage for me to be put in the other bathroom after a remodel.He had to take up some flooring around the base to properly secure to surface and grout will adhere to.He was here about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. We had to wait 36 hours before using and we love the job he has done.I called the office to express our joy with Eric and they put on our file that we want Eric for future projects.

Called around 11 AM on a Sunday with water leaking from water heater in garage. Technician gave quote on phone and said could be here in an hour. Arrived on time and installed new water heater, removed old water heater and by 1:00 PM was done and cleaned up. Excellent service on a Sunday with great rates and super nice. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing that I need done. Very hassle free.

Our bathroom toilets flushed properly but once the water started to refill it would flow out from where the toilet is seated on the floor. It was a mess even when we used the sinks in the bathrooms or the kitchen the water was slow to drain out and would flow out from the bottom of the toilets.
