Thought they did a good job, however, besides disposing of the vanity which was unusable, they also disposed of the sink and countertop ( without consulting me) and did not follow proper procedure for the insurance. They then suggested United Water to dry out the walls and floor. Not knowing any better I said yes. United Water proceeded to remove about a foot of the tile and wall, disposing of the tile (without consulting me) therefore having to replace it with new tile. Being old tile I cannot match it.

He did a beautiful job. This is the first time I am using him. I would recommend him. Actually he is a neighbor of ours so my husband went and talk to him. When he knew he was the plumber and he just happened to be with that company. I would use them again in the future.

I called them and they arranged for someone to come out the same day. The plumber came earlier than expected after calling to tell me he was on the way. He was very polite and courteous. He wore shoe covers to protect my floors. I had a Angie's list coupon that he applied to the cost of my work. Before giving me the bill he asked if there was anything else I'd like him to look out. All in all they were great and I would use them again.

I believe it was installed wrong. They said we don’t have the part so they didn’t want to do it. IT took them two days to get the part. They made an excuse.

My August home water usage was huge! I checked the outside water meter. Water was flowing through it, yet none was being used inside the house. I suspected a leak, closed the shutoff valve where the water pipe enters the garage, but could not locate a leak. Upon contacting The Pampering Plumber, I was told that I had to locate the leak before the plumber could repair it. They referred me to I Find Leaks. After that firm located the leaking copper water pipe inside the concrete-block garage wall, I contacted The Pampering Plumber for the repair. Their service technician, Eric Wickstrom, arrived that same day for the permanent pipe repair. While here, he also repaired two other faucet problems that had not caused the leak, but needed to be fixed. Eric was very professional and cleaned the areas after the repairs. Subsequently, I received a follow-up, thank-you card of appreciation from Eric, and a phone call from Claudia, thanking me for using their services and asking if the results were satisfactory. I highly recommend this firm for its employee responsiveness and attention to customer satisfaction. I also noticed that the company responds to customer reviews on the Angie's List website. This is a company that CARES! I will use them for any future plumbing requirements.

We moved into our new home and original water needed replacing. Based on the great revues on Angie's list we called The Pampering Plumber to get a new tankless water heater and a water softening system installed. Our entire experience with this company has been truly outstanding. Art is the most knowledgable and professional person I have had the pleasure to work with. He is courteous and a true gentleman and really knows his craft. You will not be disappointed if you call The Pampering Plumber.

We have used The Pampered Plumber for several jobs. One was remodeling of a bathroom and they did an exceptional job. Our primary contractor said he wanted to use them again on the next project. We had an issue with a drain, called them, asked for the gentleman who installed our bathroom and were pleased with the promptness, friendliness, and expertise

From the first call into the office to the moment that they left I had a wonderful experience with this company. Brianna answered the phone and was courteous and helpful. She got someone out to us that same morning. I was thrilled as I don't like not having hot water. Bill arrived and was pleasant and professional right from the start. He listened to our issues with the water heater and diagnosed the problem. He explained in detail why we had the problem and how he was going to fix it. After fixing the problem, he made sure that we understood how to check to make sure that it was working properly. He also helped us to understand about the type of unit that we had and how to best use it (set water temp, etc). I would highly recommend them.

Being a procrastinator, I waited until I couldn't ignore the constant dripping from the kitchen faucet. There was also a leak from somewhere ending up under the kitchen sink. And the icing on the cake was the fact that the disposal quit working several months before so I couldn't really use the left side of my double sink because it would fill up with cruddy water from the stupid disposal. I think it was getting stinky as well. Also, I couldn't use my dishwasher because of the broken disposal. I didn't want to call the plumber I'd used before because their prices are astronomical. I called the Pampering Plumber and the gentleman's name who came out was Bill Larson. He was super friendly and very informative. I always appreciate when the repairmen explain to me what's wrong and what they're doing. He gave me the price and it looked much better than what I know I would have gotten from the previous vendor. Bill went to work and removed the garbage disposal. He had to do some creative work in order to get around some things my husband had done on previous do-it-yourself, Tim-the-Toolman-type repairs. He put in two new drains that were more heavy duty than the ones replaced. The leaking was being caused by something that was wrong in one of the drains. He also replaced the cartridge in my Moen faucet that had become very corroded since we have well water. I know this will happen again, so I'll be calling them when it does. Even with our water softener and iron-remover, it's still a fact of life in Florida. I had to call back next day because there was no hot water, but as I talked to the company rep on the phone, I discovered that the valve under the sink just needed to be turned on. However, I guess the hot and cold were coming out the wrong sides. I didn't really care but the rep insisted that it was something that needed to be corrected. Bill came out and re-positioned the cartridge in the faucet. Of course, there was no charge. Approximately 6 weeks later, I used my dishwasher for the first time in a long time. It leaked all over under the sink. Nothing catastrophic, but I turned it off and wiped everything up, then called Pampering Plumber. Bill came right out again and discovered the dishwasher boot was cracked. He put a new one on, then ran the dishwasher to make sure. Everything was fine. And again, no charge. I love these guys!! It's been eight months now and I haven't had a peep of trouble from my kitchen plumbing. I'd use this company again in a heartbeat.

Appointment was scheduled for mid afternoon, but the office called me at 2:00 to tell me plumber would be running late, up to 5-6 pm that evening and gave me option of keeping appt or rescheduling. I kept the appt and he showed up at about that time. Finished the work, checked for leaks and was done in about 45 minutes.

They were prompt and courteous. Repairs were done quickly and without any mess at all.

Eddie was prompt and cheerful as always. He fully informed me of the breakdown of charges before he came. I requested a specific replacement toilet but left the choice of faucet to him and was very pleased by his choice. He was an efficient and personable worker. Eddie left the work areas clean and accomodated me by leaving the boxes for me to use. This is a company that I will use and recommend to anyone.

I called on Saturday and the Plumber showed up that same day. Jonathan was quite professional and clearly knew what he was doing. The price did seem a bit high. But now, shower is working fine. And, he went out of his way to help with another issue.

Everything went well. Bill arrived on time and explained what could possibly be wrong with the toilet and he discussed the options of t or replacing it. I decided to replace it so the new toiled was ordered and he returned about a week later to install the toilet, which works great! When he came out the second time, I asked him to check out our kitchen faucet which was intermittently leaking and he was able to replace it during the same visit.

I noticed a leak in my old water heater so I called the Pampering Plumber. They were able to come out in just a few hours, and installed a new heater and took the old one away. We received terrific and professional service. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks ago for a Saturday. I called yesterday to confirm and was offered an earlier am appt. as they had a cancellation. Plumber Eddie called to let me know he would be at my house at 15 minutes and this was within the appointment time of 12-2pm. Eddie assessed the upstairs shower head and determined the problem was the shower head. This was changed to a regular shower head. He showed me the debris inside the old one that was causing the problem. He then changed the hose bibb (exterior connection point) as it was damaged. He was here about an hour and the total charge for service was $190. I used the $40 coupon from Angie's List magazine and it cost $150. He was very professional throughout the process.

Great explanation and service. I thought the pricing seemed a little high...I also had some other items quoted (utility sink, water softener, reverse osmosis, etc.) Very friendly guy who didn't try to pressure sell the additional items I quoted.

They were able to dig under the cabinets and a little outside w/jackhammer. Pulled out old pipe, installed new 2" PVC pipe, then replaced concrete on kitchen floor and outside wall. They did an excellent job, very professional and knowledgeable, especially the young man.

I was very happy with the price. I was satisfied with the work. He was very informative, and told me how to prevent things in the future.

Eddie was 10 minutes early for my service. He found my problem and had the right part on his truck. I think they carry everything. My water softener was up and running in no time. Eddie really knows his stuff. The company called a couple of days later to make sure everything went OK. Very good company to work with and they have coupons in Angies List book all the time. Whenever I have plumbing needs Pampering Plumber will be my go to company. Excellent service!!

It went well. This company also gives away free water heaters and softeners (unfortunately I didn't win the free one!) but they also give you scratch off cards that take $ off the bill.

I had noticed a small drip leak in the pipe at a connection on Saturday evening. By Sunday morning it had increased and was located in a position that would have made shutting off the line difficult if it had completely failed. Being very uncomfortable with this I called the company and was transferred to a live plumber! Very nice Pampering Plumber!! Eddie told me he would be out in 30 min and was on a Sunday morning! The repairs were completed in a little over an hour, and the system improved. I definitely will use this company in the future.
