Eddie arrived right on time and was very pleasant and professional. He double-checked our existing disposal to make sure it was really dead and gone. We had a new one still in the box and he installed it quickly. He explained why and how disposals shut down and how to fix them. Then he did a quick repair in my bathroom, which I hadn't scheduled. He was absolutely fantastic and I will most definitely call on him again!!

I had sent an email regarding my needs and within 5 minutes, I had a phone call from the office. Time set, Eric showed up on time, calling twice before the appointment in order to make sure he understood the scope of work. Upon arrival, he set about the task and was done very quickly and efficiently. He even reminded me of the Angies List coupon. Great service, nice folks, I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Technician "Eddie" arrived on time. Diagnosed lightning strike damage to main circuit board. Attempted to locate replacement board, but both the manufacturer and the original installer were no longer in business. Anticipating our need, he had loaded a new softener on the truck and installed it immediately. At my request, he also priced and installed new 60' flush drain line underground and priced and repaired an irrigation sprinkler head that previous landscape contractors had damaged and buried. Customer service is obviously this company's hallmark in a super-competitive field. I had found slightly but not very much cheaper alternative vendors online, but this company's Angie's List rating led me to choose them. Very glad I did, and I'd recommend them to anybody.

Plumber arrived within 15 minutes of call; faster than a 911 response. Added a new attachment to the pipe, and anchored to wall. Added new faucet. Tested for leaks after glue was cure. excellent professional job. Received $30 discountfrom scratch-off.

Excellent service. Called on Monday, work done on Wednesday. About an hour. Highly recommend the company.

They failed to fully unclog the drain and we had to have someone else come out the next business day. The clog was in the trap, not farther down the line. They refused to come back out for free and finish the job. So, we hired someone else to do it, who unclogged it quickly. Following more discussion with owner, the Pampering Plumber agreed to refund us the amount the second plumber charged, which was less than Pampering Plumber's.

We decided to use them and they began the work a little over a week later. Parts had to be ordered so there was a little delay but we were able to use the toilet because the city dug a hole in the back yard which helped temporarily. The workers were clean and neat and professional. Work was completed in two days and the dug up area filled in the third day after an inspection. There was an extra charge of $400 but it was explained why this was added and it was clearly understood. Everything is working beautifully now.

Worker came and evaluated the problem. He pushed a snake through the sewer clean-out port and found the source of the blockage and removed it.

Eddie came and did my annual service On my water heater. I purchased the annual service package. Eddie did a great job checking everything - faucets, tub, toilets etc. found a small leak fixed it. Eddie was very informative.

Justin arrived on time, was very professional and spent the time looking at each and every one of our items to be checked. Very patient! Before doing anything he provided an estimate. Top notch and I will use again.

I had a double sink that was clogged. It was stopped up and would back up one side and go into the dishwasher. I called on Christmas Eve, expecting not to get service, but they answered promptly and came out very quickly. They cleared the drains and even provided tips to try to alleviated the problem in the future.

I used Pampering Plumber over a year ago. A year later, and for no apparent reason, I start receiving junk e-mail from the owner. Stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with plumbing (like advertising for concerts). Several former customers did a reply-to-all asking him to stop. The e-mails continue. I tried to stop it with my spam blocker, but each e-mail comes from a different e-mail address. I would not use them ever again, just on principle. UPDATE: Pampering Plumber is still sending out spam e-mails to FORMER customers (I stress FORMER). PLEASE stop!!!

Art did a great job as always. The bonus came at the end when we were to pay the bill, which was about $1600.00. Pampering Plumber advertises every 10th softener sold is free. Art called the office to see if we were one of the lucky ones. It turns out we were and there was no charge. Had to have a sign in the front yard for a week to show we had won, but I would have left it for a month.

Called The Pampering Plumber on 11/15/13 to have them come out and give a quote to have faucets replaced and dishwasher disconnected. Found them listed on Angie's list with high ratings so decided to give them a shot. The lady I spoke with was very cordial and stated that she could have someone come out the next day (Saturday) between 12:00 & 3:00 and there would be a $59 service fee to provide a quote and that fee would be waived if we decided to have them do the work. AJ came out the next day within the alloted time and gave us a quote to replace two faucets (which I purchased the day before at Home Depot) and to disconnect and remove the old dishwasher. When AJ replaced the kitchen faucet with the new faucet I had purchased the hot water side was leaking when shut off and he said it was a defective cartridge. I took the part to Home Depot and they gave me a new one, however when AJ replaced it, it did the same thing. He determined then that the whole faucet must have been defective, so I had to make another trip to Home Depot and replaced it with another one which worked fine when he installed it. Everything else went fine and AJ even carted the old dishwasher off for us. AJ was very pleasant and professional and we would certainly call them again with any future plumbing issues.

I had this job completed at a rental property of mine. I was unable to be at the property when the work was completed but was in contact over the phone when the work was being completed. The gentlemen that did the work told me my drain needed to be snaked to solve the issue and that the charge of that would be $320.00 dollars even though I felt this was a high price I agreed because I needed the problem fixed right away for my tenant. Later my tenant again called me to let me know her toilet was still acting up and that at this point it was worse than before. I had another plumbing company come out and look at the drain who used a camera to find that the drains were still clogged and that the clog was so far down that there was no way the drains could have been snaked or even could be snaked to fix this issue. I called The pampering plumber to let them know even though I had paid them the drain had not been touched and my issue was unsolved they stated they would have someone call me back to get this resolved however I have heard nothing. This is unacceptable I am very unsatisfied.

The plumber showed skill in unsoldering the old faucet and soldering on a new one. without heating up the pipe joint behind it in the wall and causing a leak in the kitchen. From start to finish it took 30 minutes.

I called Pampered Plumber on Fri Nov. 1st. They were able to send Art out the same day with a window of 12-3pm. He arrived very close to 12 and had called in advance to advise of his projected arrival time. Art was great, very personable and left his workspace clean. The installation went quickly and smoothly. I used an Angie's List coupon without difficulty. Will use this company (and Art) in future for all plumbing needs.

Our old 30 gallon hot water heater was 20 years old. Still worked, but we were always waiting for the leak or explosion. The past 3 or 4 years when returning from vacation the water coming out of the tap would be brown. Had to run the water for a long while before it cleared up. Our conclusion - the rust from inside the water heater was causing our problem. Decided to get new one. Called Pampering Plumber on 10/18/2013. My husband told Claudia our water heater was 20 years old and she was very surprised we hadn't had any problems with it. He told her about the brown water problem and asked was it worth it to have it drained, cleaned out, etc. In the end we would still have a 20 year old water heater. We decided we wanted a larger unit, but the area available for the heater prevented any thing larger than 40 gallons. Justin arrived an hour and a half later, took out the old unit, put in the new unit, cleaned up and was on his way. If we have any plumbing problems, we would definitely call Pampering Plumber. AND, we had the $25.00 off Angie's List coupon. Justin handed us 3 scratch off coupons to see if we could earn a larger discount. The coupon I scratched was $25.00. Justin told us to keep the other 2 for future services.

It's great to have a plumber do some work and not feel as though I've been ripped off. I will use them anytime I need a plumber.

Justin came out to do the installation. He was a very nice young man and gave me an estimate. Once I approved it, he began the installation of the new unit. He took the time to do the install correctly which had not been done on the previous unit. He replaced the copper water lines with stainless steel ones and also raised the unit up off the concrete garage floor. This had not been done by the previous plumber, thus resulting in the unit leaking before the warranty was up. The work was completed in a timely manner, and Justin even came in the house to do a free water test for me before he left. I highly recommend these people and would use them again should the need arise.

Eddie arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem: lightning had destroyed the water softener's printed circuit board. It was an unbranded, generic board, with no contact information on it and therefore little or no chance of finding the correct replacement. Eddie quoted a very competitive price (I had done my online pricing research beforehand) for a name-brand product and installed a brand new softener which he had on his truck. The company applied their $59.00 service call charge to the price of the softener. There was also a problem with the softener flush drain hose: it was a flimsy rubber hose, too short, and it did not discharge in the correct location to keep the flush water from contaminating our landscape plants. For a very small fee, Eddie trenched 52' by hand next to our house and installed a new PVC drain pipe. The flush water, which is not a problem for our St. Augustine grass, no longer threatens any of our landscaping. Also while here, Eddie discovered the cause of a small sinkhole in our landscaping which I had been repeatedly backfilling: a cut rubber irrigation hose, with its severed sprinkler head buried deep under a bush that our landscaping contractor planted last fall. As Eddie said, "Whoever did this knew they did it." He quoted me a price, had all parts on his well-equipped truck, and repaired the hose and repositioned the sprinkler head during his visit. I know I paid more than an irrigation contractor would have charged because Eddie told me that and said I could save money by calling somebody else. But he was here, ready to do the work, so I decided to have him go ahead. He did a great job, even backfilling the sinkhole with the dirt he had piled up from burying the water softener. Finally, Eddie scheduled a free visit in a month just to check on the softener and see if we're happy with everything. Based on this visit, my wife Karin and I would recommend The Pampering Plumber to anybody without hesitation. Literally the best experience we've ever had with a plumber!
