Description of Work: They came and checked the shower head, it was just trickling out. Discovered the problem, came back when the part came in and installed it. Worked with me on timing of when to come out and came back quickly and had it done. Very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Had two service calls in one day - the first was a scheduled call in which he came out and fixed the hot water heater. (broken wire). The service was quick and efficient and it didn't cost an arm and leg. The second call came later in the afternoon as an emergency. The outside water pipe broke. He was able to come out in just a few hours and fixed it quickly. I was very pleased with their work. And I also appreciated the help of the front office. I plan on using them again in the future for my personal property and my rental properties.

Description of Work: Claudia in the office was super efficient in getting all my questions answered about options for water heater brands/specs from the plumbers and calling me right back. Able to schedule the water heater replacement the same day!!! Eric the plumber was on time and answered all my questions I had and cleaned up afterwards. He also returned my call a few days later regarding instructions to increase the temperature on the tank. Claudia followed up with a call to inquire if I about my experience and to thank me for choosing them. I even got a thank you card from the plumber! This was the best price quote I receive and was totally fair priced I think....my bathroom remodeler plumber said the unit they were to install at that price was an excellent deal! Description of Work: They came after normal hours since my water heater had broken and after replacing it with a new one, they told me I had won it because of a promotion they were running so I didn't even have to pay anything, not even for service and they did an excellent job..I have used them again. Same excellent work but I had to pay this time, reasonable charge.

Description of Work: We first called them for two problems. 1. Waste disposal wasn't working 2. Faucet spout was leaking 1. They advised us on the telephone before the engineer called, to try the reset button; this worked and our first problem was solved. 2. The engineer visited us and advised us that the spout needed replacing and that we should contact Moen as they would replace the part free of charge as their products have a lifetime guarantee. We obtained the part from Moen and contacted the company and the engineer returned and fitted the part. Before he returned, another problem occurred; one of our showers stopped providing hot water. When the engineer came to fit the spout he examined the shower and discovered that the cartridge inside the shower control had seized. He replaced the cartridge, charged us for the part and advised us that if we contacted Moen again they would send us a replacement part free again, which once received, should be taken to their office and they would refund the cost of the part. We received the part, took it to the office and they are sending us a check. The engineer's name was Art and he was very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Everything was great,from the phone call to the paying of the bill. I called for an estimate for some water pipe problems but went beyond that to have Eddie also install the vanity that had been sitting in its box in the living room since July. Eddie gave me an estimate that encouraged me to act. He was polite,friendly, careful and efficient and very clean. He had to reposition some pipes and shut offs installed by a previous whole house piping job done by a different plumber. He explained what he was doing and was very nice about my questions and the dogs. When I called I expected an estimate, I was thrilled that the job could be done that day.The whole experience was very positive. This is now the plumber I will use.

Description of Work: replaced water softener, old one had leaked resin into all the pipes. They cleaned pipes, had to come twice to rework on of the toilets for a minor issue. They were always on time, neat, professional. Overall very responsive each phone call

Description of Work: This was an annual warranty call. The technician was polite, on-time, called as he was heading to my home and left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. He drained the water heater tank, fixed a minor leak in a bathroom sink and checked all of the plumbing in our home. This was all covered under the annual agreement.

Description of Work: ON TIME, PLEASANT DISPOSITION AND GOT THE JOB DONE. I HAD THEM REPLACE A DISPOSAL UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK. I SUPPLIED THE UNIT AND HAD IT READR FOR THE SWITCH OUT. I THOUGHT THAT I COULD SAVE SOME TIME AND MONEY BY BEING ALL SET AND READY TO REMOVE THE OLD AND INSTALL THE NEW. I WAS CHARGED ACCORDING TO A SCHEDULE NOT BY THE PLUMBERS TIME. GOOD JOB.
