+ -1 moreShowed up as agreed. He was not able to find the leak. So he patched all the surrounding areas. Show a snapshot of what he did. A few weeks later, it leaked again since we were not able to determine the leak in the first place. It did not show any signs of leaks at the top. This time he suspected it was the sky light. So he patched around the area. No charge the second time. Shows professionalism and great attitude. These days it is hard to find someone who would show up again.
