Milt Roorda and his team have just finished a beautiful, major renovation to our home. We asked 4 contractors for estimates to totally remodel our very large Master Bathroom (including all luxury finishes) based on our own ideas. Roorda was not the least expensive estimate but was without any doubt, the most thorough estimate. He knew instantly when discussing each section of our planned area, how much it would cost. Clearly, his many years in the building business helped him estimate this project. I was given a budget amount for each section (cabinets, tile, plumbing fixtures, etc..) and could choose what I wanted. He provided names of various, knowledgable vendors to help me along with the components of this job. I did come in under the budget amount on certain items and that was credited back to me. There were people here every day getting the job done and it was a painless process. His crew was a pleasure and very knowledgable. The end result is a top quality, gorgeous bathroom finished timely and on budget!

Very good crew. As with all jobs, there were things that looked right on paper that didn't translate to the real world. Rob and his crew were able to adapt to the situation and come up with solutions that made the job first rate. Highly recommended!
