+ -1 moreRon is an architectural designer and licensed contractor. He is not a licensed architect. For this reason he is much less expensive than a architect and yet does a tremendous job. All plans were stamped and sealed by an architect following my approval. He is creative and works quickly. Overall, a fine experience.
Description of Work: Ron drew plans for our 350sf addition and 2 car garage. The addition was a master bath upstairs and office downstairs. He was able to keep the style of our 1920's colonial in mind, as he drew the plans. He had good ideas and was very knowledgeable with the construction process, as he has many years of contractor experience. I was very lucky to find him in the phone book!
