Rainier Roofing did a great job of roofing our 100-year-old home in Tampa. Sameer Asmar and Joe Aponte were so professional, friendly and helpful, and they worked with us and persevered through quite a few challenges during the project, making accommodations wherever possible. The crews worked hard and fast. There was a lot more wood replacement needed than anyone imagined before the old roof was removed. One day an unexpected, fast-moving heavy rainstorm came through as they hurried to get the tarps over the exposed rafters. In addition, after roofing the main house, the work on the garage had to be delayed for a few months due to a separate construction permit issue on the garage structure itself (not related to the roof). But through all of the challenges, they continued to work with us until everything was complete and looking fantastic. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each phase, and they reinstalled the gutters properly. I highly recommend Rainier Roofing.

Sales representative Maria was thorough and professional. The repair crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job. The Rainier team replaced my dryer vent to repair a leak. And added bonus: my dryer works more efficiently. I would recommend Rainier Roofing for any roofing job.

Wasted my time. After signing the contract, kept delay not providing proper papers for insurance. Would schedule the job. I got a paycheck from the lender address for Rainier Roofing and did not even get calls answer. Total radio silence. Once I called office I was insulted yelled at and accused of falsifying checks, my home was granted to me in a divorce but the lender was still in process of removing my ex. Even though my name is in the title. I had my ex call them and he Clearly clarify. And he, himself had signed the insurance check. I was treated like a criminal.

Excellent company. They did a great job. They were very professional and provided positive responses to any concerns that I had. I would not hesitate to hire them again. They replaced my entire roof (2700 sq) and completed the job on time. When they finished the job the area around the house was cleaned up nicely. Don't believe you can hire a better company.

Rainier Roofing was amazing! I love my roof. Everyone was on point. Danny and Alyssa kept us informed during the whole process. The installation crew was also great and everything was left spotless when the job was completed. Even the dumpster was picked up the minute they were done. I know things were more difficult for them because of COVID (supplies and the county closures) and I am so thankful they went the extra mile to get the job done.

They were very professional, competitively priced, came in right on budget, delivered all the necessary paperwork for our home owners insurance and I would definitely hire them again. We chose Ranier after we saw their work first hand as they completed our neighborâ s roof. Their pricing was competitive and their roofing color selections were many. As a result of having to get our HOA approval before starting work, they were unable to begin until the first week in August. They bore the afternoon storms but finished the job on time. A special shout out to Maria Ortega, their Sales Manager, who is also an experienced roofer herself. She made sure our every requests were completed to our satisfaction. Honest and dependable! Went the extra mile, even delivered metal earlier to allow me to pre-paint to match building colors required by HOA. Great job overall and everyone I came into contact with had my complete satisfaction as the number one goal. Highly recommend them.
