+ 0 moreMr Heym acted in a highly professional manner throughout the entire process. Provided clear estimate with explicit terms. Was always on site at the time he said he would be. Worked diligently, used experienced helpers, and completed job within the time framework agreed upon. The paint application is outstanding, meeting our highest expectation. While the wallpaper removal was more involved and took longer than expected, there was no adjustment to the agreed terms. I intend to use Mr. Heym's services again and highly recommend him for painting both interiors and exteriors.
Description of Work: Stripped wallpaper in two rooms with 11 foot ceilings, patched holes, removed art work from walls, moved & reinstalled furniture, applied 2 coats of paint in 3 rooms and connecting hallways in a private residence; all materials, including high quality paint, included in one price.

Description of Work: I used Picture Perfect Painting for interior and exterior painting.The interior was about $3,500 and the exterior was about $3,000. He also took down all the old wallpaper.

Description of Work: Bill Heym painted the walls of a new screen enclosure on the above date. We have contracted with Bill (Picture Perfect Painting) on seven separate occasions, for both exterior and interior work, beginning in the year 1994. Bill is neat in his work and uses quality paints that hold up really well.
