Description of Work: Paul Davis did the inside of the house. They got the people to do my floor and this and that, without me going to other people individually. They came back four different times to do different things. They had people that did painting. They had a flooring contractor. They had a plumber contractor. They all worked for Paul Davis. He was the main contractor. They also did outside painting. They did tile work, wood work, a whole bunch of stuff. They did the driveway and a lino floor.

Description of Work: Haward the rep showed up on time. Started listening to my list of projects. He measured with a laser pointer and used his tablet to calculate cost. He gave me a bid right away.

Description of Work: A local engineer made recommendations to prevent water from coming into our house again. Paul Davis built a french drain, sealed cracks in our stucco, fixed drywall, painted, and put our house back together again.

Description of Work: I've used Paul Davis Restoration; the owner is Rick Dannenmiller. He was the certified building contractor for restoring our house.

Description of Work: Paul Davis Restoration fixed my sink hole. There were fractures in the side walls, my floors were done, the tile. It was drywall repair, they did the outside and stuccoed the outside.

Description of Work: Paul Davis was hired by Citizens Insurance to develop an estimate of the costs to repair the sinkhole damage to my home. My only exposure was to receive a copy of the Paul Davis estimate after Citizens Ins. had adjusted it to meet their internal needs ( reduce the work scope and estimated costs to make repairs). Therefore, there is no way to tell the quality of Paul Davis' product. I have received copies of subsequent estimates, by other contractors, and there is evidence that Citizens has modified them as well to eliminate some of the work scope and lower the estimated repair costs before releasing them to me.

Description of Work: I was out of town and my condo flooded. This company was suggested by my insurance agent. They came in and cleaned up the water and took out the laminate flooring before it could start to mold. They also provided an estimate to my insurance company of what it would cost to repair all the damage. Since we decided to do much of the work ourselves, we did not use the company to do repairs. Even though they didn't have to, the rep for this company finished the estimate and sent it to my insurance company. Above the call of duty!

Description of Work: We found out we had a sinkhole 2 months after moving into our home after a lot of frustration waiting for engineers, sinkhole repair crews etc. We finally got to the restoring of our home to a livable condition and that is when we actually enjoyed this whole disaster. First the outside of our home had all cracks etc repaired and was completely painted (including a large rear lanai) and it took 2 days and looked great (we had full choice of colors). Next all the ceilings were stripped and refinished (no mess I could not believe these guys hung plastic everywhere and at the end of the day there was NO mess!!! Then the tile floors were taken up and the indoor repair and painting (all except one room was repainted) - amazingly the paints they got from Scott paints were the exact color of the samples (usually they show up darker!!) - Next the remainder of the floor covering was removed and the cracks repaired - then the flooring was laid -mostly tile (beautiful job) and one carpet (thick and wonderful to walk on). We chose everything at Pro Source a very easy way to select! The last things done were the garage and driveway - 3 days to repair,paint and finish the garage floor and when the supervisor for Paul Davis checked it out he was not satisfied (although we thought it was adequate) and had the floor refinished and the water conditioner reinstalled by a local company. The driveway was broken up, carted away, and poured in about 2 days and looks great. The front lanai was finished with acrylic and we were not quite so thrilled with that subcontractor but Paul Davis miracle man ,Sean, came and touched up everything that wasn't quite right and incidentally he is the same person who sanded away all the acrylic finish in our large rear lanai and used a vacuum type machine so there was NO dust and the tile lays beautifully back there. Paul Davis made a miserable problem into a comfortable experience. They worked around our schedules, considered our comfort and if (heaven forbid) we ever had another sinkhole I would call them immediately! Incidentally our insurance company (also did a wonderful job) and Paul Davis worked with them and their adjuster so that we did not have to handle anything - we were saved a lot of stress and aggravation and I would recommend these folks to everyone who has need of a home restoration company (be it sinkhole,flooding or whatever). We wanted to adopt Sean (the miracle guy) but they refused to let him go! Thanks to Todd, Sean,Sarah,Rick and all their contractors - great job all!
