Really did a great job.

First of all Keiv was amazing. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We had another company come out prior to Mr. Electric, and they wanted to charge double what we paid Mr. Electric just to change the switches and outlets on the circuit we were having an issue with. Turns out that wasn't the problem. Keiv went above and beyond to find and fix the problem. I told Keiv that hopefully we wouldn't need his services again in the future, but if we do, we will be requesting him without a doubt. Thank you Keiv!

Kiev installed an upstairs electrical outlet. He is a personable and knowledgeable young man and did not waste time while performing his tasks. He thoroughly cleaned up the sheet rock debris to include inside stairs. He was meticulous cutting out the sheet rock necessary to run the line; we can re-use the cut out piece to re-cover the hole that was necessary to run the line. Thanks to the team! This was my first project using Mr. Electric. My neighbor has used Mr. Electric on several home projects. Now, I have an electrician - no surprises nor needs to search elsewhere. Kindly, Deborah

Robert did such a great job! He listened to what I needed and was able to give me more than i expected. He installed my Tesla charger in the right spot and even waited until I made sure that the tesla charged properly before leaving. I wish I would have called him first!

Mr Electric was great. I needed a quick response and they did great! They were accessible the next day, sent a picture of Robert the technician. Pricing was as expected. Robert the technician was wonderful. He was very friendly and took care to fix the issue while being extremely professional. It isn't easy dealing with things but this company did an absolute amazing job making it not feel so stressful.

I was used to another guy who did what I thought was an excellent job, but after paying another $700 dollars, I found out that the first guy didn't install a cover plate. These people could've told me, sir, your exteriors' lights were installed improperly, and we would like to issue you a refund. The electrical wires were placed right against the wall exposed to all kinds of weather, meaning an electrical charge could cause my home wiring to catch on fire. I had to have several workers come back to ensure the job was completed. One worker charged me $256 to put a remote light switch into my living, and come to find out the remote only cost $59 at Home Depot so these people clearly overcharge. Two months later, the switch didn't work. Instead of calling them to replace the switch, I spent the $59 and paid $50 to have the switch installed. I called my credit card company to stop payment until the job was done right. This one guy comes to my home saying that if I release the payment, he would have the part in a couple of days, but can I release the payment before the job is completed? I told him that once the job was done right, I would call my credit card company to release the funds. Be careful, Mr. Electric will rip you off.

I had my AC unit caused an electric problem and made the fuse goes off with a loud popping sound. I called Mr. Electric to find the problem and fix it. They send their con artist called Tony. He told me that the entire panel is burnt and needs to be replaced for $15K. I wanted to have a second opinion and an estimate and I called "Tru-Line Electric". Technitian Kyle absolutely found nothing with the panel. Their repair cost was only $850. I'm glad that I wanted to have a second opinion and another estimate. Stay away from these con artists called "Mr. Electric"!! and their clown Tony...

This is probably the most professionally run residential electrical repair company I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Andres is a superb electrician.

On-time, courteous, and highly technically competent electricians. The office kept in contact to ensure the estimate and work was exactly when it was promised. Installation included a flush-mount kit and looks great (none of the other three estimates included this feature). They proposed the best installation solution at the lowest price.

We had an urgent need and called Mr Electric very last minute. Without hesitation, they were able to come out and addressing our issue in little to no time. We were very pleased with the service.

Overly expensive - they wound up doing the work they wanted to do more than what we needed done. I would not hire again - very expensive, and they take advantage of senior citizens. We paid them but regret hiring them.

Mr. Electric has worked so hard fixing the numerous electrical issues at my house, even working on Saturdays. They couldn't be more courteous, professional and hard working and they were very fair in their quote. I would use them again and again!
