The work was fine but they adjusted my sprinkle time incorrectly. And the owner, James was belligerent, insulting and degrading. He demanded $160.00 for a tech to correct their mistake. I would avoid this business. I feel the owner, James, has serious anger issues.

Millennium is the best asset a Property Manager can have in doing their job. They really know their business and are very professional. Everyone that I have worked with at Millennium is responsive, honest and hardworking. Love this company.

I have used this wonderful company for the commercial properties that I manage. They are very reliable, friendly and their communication is the best. They do monthly services and extensive upgrades to the commercial parks. The pricing is very competitive, and the work is done professionally. They respond immediately to all emergencies due to irrigation leaks, even after hours and weekends. I highly recommend Millennium for all your landscaping needs.

From the beginning, the company did not perform the services to a minimum standard. Most additional services were not performed at all in 5 months. Repeated requests for improvement and discount on the service fees were met with a stonewall from the company despite recognition of the fact that they had not provided a substantial portion of the services. Multiple requests for some form of reduction in price due to the missing services were refused. I had a meeting on our property with the Owner's representative. Despite positive messaging during that meeting, the Supplier terminated the contract the next day without respecting the contractual notice period and without taking any of the actions discussed during the meeting the day before.

It didn't go well at all. Spoke with Dawn at the nursery to have James come out for an estimate. James came out as scheduled and his first comment was "small yard". James reviewed with us the work to be done and promised a quote in a couple of days. Had to make 2 calls more than a week later just to get a quote, design and description of the work to be done. Since I was having cubing installed (by another company) we agreed the work would be done in stages. Made several calls to both Dawn and James to schedule the palm trees to be moved, stage 1. After repeated calls directly to James, he would not even answer our call or would he return our call. Talked to Dawn but she only forwards the messages we leave and makes excuses for him as to why he doesn't call back. Apparently Millennium (James the owner) is only interested in large jobs but small jobs are how companies get big. If this portion of the job went well we were planning on having 900 sq ft of pavers installed. Not now! They have an extensive nursery with a vast variety of trees and shrubs but if you're looking to have landscaping done I would definitely find a different company to do business with. James failed to return calls which in my opinion is terrible customer service especially from the owner of the company. I will never call them again.

At first the owner came out and did the quote. Seemed very nice and told me he focused on communication. When the lawn was laid the people doing the work performed it well. I also paid about $500 for my tree to be trimmed. I was not happy with that job. I called and the owner told me that his worker took a picture of it and sent to him. He said it looked good and made many excuses not to have to come back out to the job. I also had planted bushes under my tree that had problems (spindly and not healthy). He said he would swing by in the week to look at it. That never happened so I called the company owner and he hung up on me. I later explained that I would contact my credit card company to dispute the service. He got belligerent with me and in the end, I just walked away. I also informed others that were interested in sod services to steer clear of this person.
