It went excellent, they did a good job, they did it quickly, they performed the work well, they cleaned up after they were done and they showed up.

They did a good job it was 285 flat rate and that includes replacing the garbage disposal in all work and they came out in 24 hours as agreed

The technician did not have a clue how my washer worked or what the true issue was. Never told me when he could get it repaired. Then he was quoting me prices on parts that were much higher than with the manufacturer had listed on their own website. This company is a crook!

Ok. Part was 70.00. He was going to charge me 180.00 to replace it. I was able to YouTube How to replace it and it took me 5 minutes. Company would not order the part if not allowed to Replace Had a 60.00 service call. Charged 85.00 for vent cleaning

Very well. Tech, a 31 year old from Russia who has only been here a year, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Really admire is ambition. Still working on his English. Wife doesn’t speak much English he says. She is artsy at home mom w one year old son. Quite a story and really makes one appreciate our country and our many blessings which are from God’s grace and not of our making.

Great! He came and was able to fix our dishwasher.. and troubleshoot and fixed a clogged line which was a secondary problem. He worked well and did not get frustrated when first thing he tried didn't completely fix it. Obviously VERY knowledgeable about dishwasher repairs.
