Lightning Restoration of Tampa Bay

Lightning restoration was amazing to work with. I was out of town and a neighbor went to check on my animals and found standing water in several of my rooms from a backed up pipe. I called Lightning Restoration while still out of town and they showed up within hours. They removed the water and dried everything out. As a result, I had no furniture damage. They were involved for weeks with the dry out and were very communicative. They made the process as easy as possible for me.

Lightning Restoration was absolutely amazing from the start to completion. The communication was spot on. I was well informed of ever visit and ever daily scope of work. I am not sure what I expected but they definitely went above and beyond. They made a bad situation (water damage) a little more bearable and that was much appreciated. These are the guys you need when there is a need.

Our floors were wet but we couldn’t find out where it was coming from. Lightning Restoration sent a team out right away and solved the mystery! After explaining the issue and presenting options they helped us submit a claim to our home owners insurance and set us up w all the contractors we needed to get our house back. They were a godsend and made an otherwise awful situation bareable. Great communication, friendly staff, and seasoned experienced specialists.
