Very professional company! They did a great job removing the moisture in our home. We had several rooms in our home that had water intrusion, which created mold. They worked for several days and removed all the affected drywall, showers, floors and we are able to rebuild and move back home.

Polik was was very professional and patiently explained the process; however, their equipment resulted in an overload to my electrical system. If your home is 30 years old or older be sure their equipment is limited to an outlet used ONLY for their equipment. Listen carefully to what is said regarding guarantees pertaining to work if you decide not to have your home covered in plastic.

I had mold on my ceiling. This was my reasoning for the call. The worker removed some insulation in the ceiling due to moisture being trapped. The issue was that he never removed the mold from the ceiling. He was expecting me to remove it.

Pollick was efficient, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. He made a painful process in a new home understandable and as easy as he could. We would definitely use their services again (but hope not to have to).
