Initially friendly in order to obtain the contract. After that we had very poor service. They seemed more interested in giving us lessons in pest control rather than actually controlling any pests. I would never recommend them.

We contracted with Liberty Pest to rid what they said was a “major rat infestation” of our attic. Charging us over $2200.00 they said they sealed openings in our attic where the rats came in and caught four rats. We declined the outside bait box traps because of the well documented danger to eagles, osprey and possibly our dogs from dead poisoned rats. In a matter of months the rats were back (or never really gone in the first place) in the same place in our attic. We called and they sent an employee who went into the attic and said all their sealed places were in place and “the rats must be coming in somewhere else.” We asked him if he could just put some traps to get the ones there and he responded he was just there to check and would have to talk to “the boss’ to see if they would do anything. After not hearing for a week we called to follow-up and still no response. The majority of the $2200 was for sealing the openings which did not work and Liberty Pest has no intention to do anything to make this right. A complete waste of $2200.

They accommodated me quickly into their schedule. Super nice and professional. I signed up for recurring quarterly service. I haven't seen a bug inside since they were here.

Liberty got the squirrel to leave and installed a permanent barrier to ensure he/she could not get back in. Professional and couteous service, no hard sell, no gimmicks. We paid for quality and got it.

Liberty Pest Management has not only provided us with exceptional service, but they also saved us from paying exorbitant and unnecessary fees for termite treatments to a less than reputable competitor. Thank you Mark and Ed for your honesty, responsiveness, and professionalism. In our opinion, Liberty is simply the best option for pest control in Tampa!

Very well, they are great, they come every quarter they do the job right, they answer any questions I have even if its not related to the services I am signed up with , they are friendly and even answer questions through text messages.

We purchased our home in Lutz in August 2009 and knew we wanted to get on a regimen for pest control as my better half is terrified of anything creepy crawly. I am a proponent of using local companies vs the big guys because I appreciate the ongoing relationships that result. We received welcome mailer from Liberty a couple of weeks after move-in and decided to contact John for an estimate and to discuss ongoing service options. John was extremely friendly from the start and he spent time going through what his quarterly treatments covered and how he differentiates himself from his competitors. I was impressed and knew I wanted to support this business so we committed to the quarterly agreement and used him ever since. Being that we live in Florida, it is inevitable to see bugs from time to time even with the best pest services out there. Any time we saw a bug, my other half would send John and Mark an email right away. Neither of them were ever bothered by us and they bent over backwards to ensure they came out to address it as soon as possible (even over one bug!). They always fixed the problem though and we were guaranteed to not see any bugs any time soon after their visit. Since the Liberty team always provided such great service, we recommended them to my brother, who is a property manager. He needed someone reliable and began hiring Liberty for all the pest control work in their service area. These guys are bar none the best in the pest control business and if you are in their service area, do not even consider anyone else.

I had an ant infestation on the outside walls of my home, called Liberty Pest Management in the morning. John gave me a thorough description of their services, options, and costs. The very same day, Mark arrived, did a complete inspection inside and outside, explained ways I could prevent future problems with other pests, and then treated my home. I purchased the quarterly package, and Mark explained when my home would be scheduled. Any problems with the pests covered in my plan that would occur before my scheduled visit would be addressed with no additional cost. The products used were pet friendly, which eased my mind since I have a dog.

Mark was Excellent, spent time with me and asked, do you have any insect issues or are you seeing insect activity at all in or around your home?,, which 'Scotts' did not ask at all and Im not sure even treated the correct area I wrote in writing, the ants still came, but 'Scotts' billed me full amount right away..

m as impressed as the other pleased reviewers. You couldn't ask for better service. I phoned this afternoon and I was fit right in to today's schedule. Mark was so knowledgeable. I learned some very useful information from him. This is the third company I've had in 15 years. The first was okay . the 2nd priced themselves out of customers. This company is excellent since I am on a fixed income. I would recommend them to my family and friends or anyone who wants quality service. I would also like to mention how personable the John and Mark were. Too bad all companies don't treat their customers this way.

Liberty arrived on time and ready to go to work... John was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The first quarter of service was 50% off for a special that was running so that was a nice bonus. They serviced the inside, outside, tubes in my wall and foundation and made notes of the types of bugs I had to ensure they treated them all. Very thorough. Great service!!!

We were having ant issues due to an overhanging tree. Tree was cut, but our pest (ant) problem persisted. We called a couple of other companies, left messages, but these guys were on the ball ! Got right back to us, advised they could get to us that day, came on time, went over the yard & house, explained what was needed & did an excellent job. we started to see an immediate improvement. We are just so pleased. We were told it could take up to 2 weeks to see improvement, but we are seeing better than expected results!

It is on going. He put traps in the attic, sealed all holes, including the ones by the ridge vents. Sealed holes in the garage. Set up two traps outside around the house. He will be checking the status on a weekly basis until situation is cleared up then checking on a quarterly basis. Liberty Pest Management also does out quarterly pest control. We rarely have a problem with pests in the house. We did notice one month that the roaches in the garage were increasing and we gave him a call and he came out immediately to spray the garage. We have not seen any since. John is very professional, friendly, HONEST, and thorough.

Two indoor cats, but we had not given them flea protection in years. We must have tracked a flea or two inside at some point. I tried to fight the fleas myself, but to no avail. Bought my own sprays and they did not seem to do too much. I was killing 20+ fleas a day by hand in several different rooms. John was able to come out to the house the day after we called. Very friendly and easy to work with, John explained what he was going to do and helped me get the house ready for the treatment. I had to leave the house for a couple hours afterwards. I was told to give it two weeks to make sure that the pesticide ran its course. At the two-week point, Liberty Pest Management came out and placed a couple sticky traps to help put our minds to ease that all the fleas were taken care of. Well, it's been three weeks now, and I have not seen a flea in seven days. The treatment came with a 3-month warranty just in case something was missed. When I get ready to hire for general pest management, I'll be calling John and his team. Very happy with the experience.

Having just moved to FL from the northeast, I am unaccustomed to insects being in my home. I had seen some little tiny ants and we sprayed some insect stuff bought from Home Depot but that only worked for about a day. The little tiny ants were bad enough, but when I saw a monstrous cockroach I freaked out and called Liberty Pest Management. This was first thing on a Sunday morning so I left a message. Imagine my surprise when I got a phone call back that same day! Mark was at my home the following morning and he understood my panic. He explained the insects that we saw and what treatments would be affective. He also assured me that their products were pet safe. He warned me that we might see some increased activity after the initial treatment but said that if we saw any insects after about 2 weeks to call him and he would come back out immediately. Needless to say we haven't seen any bugs in the house! We do find them dead outside, and that's fine by me. Mark was very understanding, professional, punctual and friendly. I highly recommend their services.

Mark is very professional, polite and punctual. I very much appreciate his responsiveness. He always makes his appointments to fit my schedule. Fist visit he treated inside and outside the house as well as Tubes-in-wall system. 2 month later I had a sudden ants infestation and responded very quickly and at no additional cost. His second visit he schedules exactly 3 month after a first one. Again, came at the requested time and gave me good advise and provided a good service. I wish they did termite protection as well as pest control so I could have it done in one visit and from one provider.

I called Liberty in the morning to set up an initial assessment and start quarterly pest control services and was greeted warmly by John. We had just moved into the area from the mid-west and were not sure what type of services we would require.John offered an initial discount on our first quarterly treatment and that there would be no mark-ups...and there weren't. Mark was able to come out the same afternoon, which was not our experience with other agencies. He assessed our home and explained the types of pests he saw on the exterior of our home and treated the inside and outside of our home. We have a small dog, and he used product that would not be harmful to pets. Also gave suggestions for preventing pests from getting inside our home. Mark was very friendly and welcoming of us to the area, in fact giving us suggestions of local beaches and restaurants to check out which will be very helpful to us as we explore the area. We look forward to future services.

John arrived within minutes of his appointed time and immediately walked around the yard and listened to my suspected problem with rodents and looked for suspicious evidence of bug infestation. Upon his investigation, he discovered that gaps in the eave and the A/C run were in need of fixing. He discussed his treatment method and detailed the products he used. John provided honest advice on the use of termite abatement. While he was on the roof looking at the vent areas he extended his professionalism by removing some debris from the gutter and tended to a loose shingle nail.

I had been hearing activity in my attic and walls off and on for some time and decided to purchase Liberty's rodent package. Mark scheduled an appointment right away. He set traps and returned a week later to check on them but unfortunately nothing had been caught. One of the external bait boxes did show signs of activity though. He found a space that needed to be patched up so that rodents could not enter there. I still heard activity at random intervals and he came back out and squeezed into my tiny attic opening and walked around the entire space but could not find where they could be entering at. After that I went on vacation for a little over 2 weeks. I have been back for almost a month and had not heard anything until just a few days ago. It's possible that they are just on top of the roof but I have no doubt that if they are inside somewhere Mark will continue to follow up until the entry point is discovered.

It went very well. Mark was our technician and was very thorough. He assessed our needs inside and took care of the entire exterior of our home.

This company has been doing our pest control for years. We never see any bugs in the house. That's must be because they do an excellent job.

Within days, the ants were gone. We also signed up for a recurring quarterly maintenance program to keep the bugs gone. So far it's been great. Very nice people to work with and they always call the day before the come.

Their service has turned out great. They are always prompt and provide good service. He is easy to deal with and easy to get a hold of. We have not had any bugs since they started treatment.

We have been using them for a while. I work from home and they come and go very quietly. They go room by room to check everything. They are very convenient and do a great job overall.

They are absolutely great. They are very knowledgeable on any problems they find. They know how to take care of everything and we have not had any problems.
