+ -1 moreThe appearance of our yard is very important and we've tried numerous yard companies who simply could not deliver. Other companies came up short when it came to reliability, using adequate equipment with sharpe blades and providing excellent customer service overall. When I contacted Higgins, Dawn was professional, helpful and provided me with good service. If I'm not mistaken they came out the same day and provided us with a reasonable quote. Again, we are new customers with this lawn service and so far we are pleased.
Description of Work: Higgins Lawn Service was hired to cut, edge and trim shrubs bi weekly. They were highly recommended by a company that fertilize our yard. We are new customers and they have been out approximately 2-3 times to service our yard. So far we have been pleased with their work. We had our entire yard resodded in March of this year and so it's really important that we have a company that is familiar with this type of grass and also provide us with great customer service.

+ -1 moreI called Higgins Lawn Care and they were very understanding that I expressed the urgency of my situation. They came to my home to give me an accurate quote to begin caring for my lawn on a regular basis. They came to my home when they said that they would and they performed the work that we discussed. They did a GREAT JOB! Higgins Lawn Care is responsive to individual customer needs and they will take the time to talk with you and explain their services in detail. To sum it up....they do what they say they will do.....and they do it within the timeframe that is agreed upon......and for the price that has been agreed upon. They don't treat you like "just another customer." Instead, they realize that each customer is "special" and has "different needs." My neighbors and my firiends have commented on how nice my yard looks! :-)
Description of Work: I had "lost" my lawn care service.....so my yard was really starting to get out of hand. I called Higgins Lawn Care and they were very understanding, helpful, and responsive to my needs. They came to my home and (first) gave me a quote to begin caring for my lawn on a regular basis. Their prices are very reasonable. So, they started service almost immediately. My yard looks great! They did exactly what we discussed and they were very neat in the process. I can tell that "customer satisfaction" is a primary goal of their business....and it shows in the work that they do.
