I would enter custmers home to be asked if I was going to fix it this time. My answer was how meny times have thay been out. O your the 6th guy that has been here so we are tired of this. All i could do was apologize for it and fixed it that time for them. On EVERY CALL that i did was eather a call back or wrong part that did not need to be ordered. And then I come a long to fix ut right and the first time and most cases the first visit. So please beware of this unqualified people in your homes. Just look at the ratings and reviews and belive there custmers too there the real victim. Also sending young kids that should NOT be in there house up into there addic to fix a/c and fell through the ceiling. Would you belive me when I tell you thay had there nerve to ask me to fix this??? Would you let them in yoyr house?

Excellent experience and price was fantastic. All work was finished in one day, which surprised me since the air handler is in the attic and took them considerable effort to get it removed and the new one installed. The installers were very professional, arrived on time, and kept me informed of how the installation was going. I highly recommend them.

Another firm inspected the system and claimed that the coil was filthy and quoted $1,200 (!!) for the job. Kassell found the coil to be squeaky clean and provided photodocumentation of same. We have relied on Bill Kassell and his crew for 15+ years at both our primary residence and rental property in Temple Terrace for the bulk of our A/C and major appliance service and repair. In addition to their obvious integrity, these folks have always been prompt and professional and a good value as well. I recommend them highly.

The experience was great from start to finish. When I called to make an appointment I was told the hourly cost up front with an estimate of how long it would take and was given available times for service to be done soon. The repairmen arrived on time and even called to let me know they were on the way. They started work immediately and overcame every hurdle involved with installing a used microwave that didn't have all the installation parts included. They even went into the attic to hook the exhaust up better than it was before. They work solidly for just over an hour, but they only charged me for one hour of service. I thought it was a great deal and not even a fee for coming out. Highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were fairly prompt, but they were average. The experience not so good. It took time to get somebody out for the problem, and when they got somebody out, they were adequate. They were part of a warranty service that we had, and that may have been more of the problem, because they were limited by the warranty restrictions. They were okay, but it wasn't a stellar experience. I would ask them to choose the warranties they service a little more carefully. They were very professional.

Fantastic! First of, their estimate to replace our whole a/c system was the best price around. Secondly, they came out on the scheduled installation date promptly and were completed in the estimated timeframe given to me. The new system works great. It was a great experience.

I first contacted Kassel's in November of 2009, after another company's temporary fix wore out. This other company had already come out three times that year and had not been able to find the source of the leak. When I last saw them in September, they told me they could do nothing more and recommend that I purchase a whole new AC unit. Two months later, after all the new freon had leaked out and my AC froze over and stopped cooling again, I called Kassel's to get another opinion. I honestly don't remember if they were clean or timely, but I do remember that their technician had NO PROBLEM immediately diagnosing the source of the leak and recommending a much more sensible (and accurate) course of action. Both times he was at my apartment, he was very descriptive of the problem, informative on what causes it, and even instructed me on preventative maintenance.I am happy to say that I did not have to call anyone out to look at my AC unit again for another year, at which time I again called Kassel's!

I called, got an appointment, they showed up on time...and quickly resolved the problem. Additionally, showed me the problem and how it was fixed.

It was originally sent in thru my home warranty company; they denied the claim, and Kassel had already given me an estimate and the day after I was denied they came out and replaced the air handler.

The appointment was scheduled for early afternoon and he arrived about 4:30 pm due to the prior appointment taking longer than scheduled. The company called to explain the delay. The gentleman was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price was reasonable as the drain pipe wasn't covered under the warranty. I would definitely consider hiring Kassel again.
