On Mar 16th, 2013, when Adel Mikhail came back with parts; motor fan and capacitor, he also had his kid with him, when Mr Mikhail couldn't put a few wires through a hard rubber cover, his young boy tried to do it, I asked the kid for the wires and cover, I bend the rubber as straight as I could and I got the wires through. Mr Mikhail also had a difficult time putting the cover back on the outside unit to the point he was drilling new holes in my unit. I came back to my property a couple months later and my unit was having the same problem. I called and called Adel Mikhail, many times for a few weeks, he never answered or returned any of my messages. When I called from a different number Adel Mikhail finally picked up. He gave me different reasons why he didn't call me back. One was due to his health and he was going on Social Security. When I told him he shouldn't be doing work if he can not honor his work and that he has been doing work since, he told me he was in route to Texas. The call was ended abrutly, I never got a call back, so it ended without a resolution. Also, when I finally got a Service Order Invoice from him, after he installed parts, his Limited Warranty, is for 30 days and anything implied or expressed by him is not under warranty. He does not accept credit cards and does not provide his LIC. #. I ended up getting another A/C company, BBB accredited, and saw an Angies List, sticker on his truck, I asked about that and became a member, so that hopefully I don't get scammed again and to give reviews as well.

Adel had to return the next day becaue the factory sent the wrong line sets but he stuck with it and got the job done as promised. He stood behind his work and price inspite of it being more difficult that he thought when he gave the price. Honest and hard working. Will treat you right, as he lives by getting recommendations from his customers.
