Apparently Jeff has no interest in jobs he may consider too small. I contacted him initially to ask if was available. He emailed right back saying yes and asking for details. I provided those including a photo of an area beneath an exterior window where trim had separated and needed replacing. To that I got no reply. A few days later, I emailed that to Jeff again. Still no reply. Eventually, I gave up. Pretty disappointing.

The service was excellent. The estimate Jeff provided was very competitive, detailed with timelines of service, and allowances for materials that I was able to choose. Once the selections were made, Jeff picked up the material, met with suppliers at my home for measuring. He stayed within the estimated timeline for completion . Best of all my kitchen and master bathroom are updated and looks Spectacular! Thank you Jeff

We hired Jeff to install custom closets and do some general handyman work around our newly purchased townhouse. Jeff's work is impeccable and I appreciate that he focuses on only one customer's needs at a time. He not only does the work needed in a timely manner, but has been known to come up with new and improved solutions for the work we were addressing that amazed me time and time again! His communication and estimates are also top notch-clear and precise. We will definitely hire Jeff again and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service!

Jeff did an amazing job transforming our old, outdated kitchen, to the main showplace of the house. From start to finish Jeff kept us up-to-date on the progress and what he was hoping to accomplish the following week. He always communicated ahead of time if he was going to be called away from our project. There was no guessing as to if he was going to be at the house. We did have some miscommunications in the middle of the project, but they were easily rectified and we set a walk for the end of each week to talk plans and address any items that were needed. Jeff was completely professional throughout the whole process and we wish we had found him sooner for other projects we had done in the house. He will definitely be our first call on any new projects.

We are very pleased with our new vinyl flooring that was installed by Jeff Kaplan. The project was well organized & communicated with us through out the process. The material quality was not exactly as we expected, & Jeff was dealt with some sliding due to installing the flooring on top of ceramic tile. There were inconsistencies as every room had a different challenge & Jeff was very flexible with our requests. Beyond the flooring, Jeff removed our entertainment center which was quite a feat considering that each layer presented another challenge with how it was secured to the base wall. We discovered mold behind one of the walls & Jeff was very detailed about solving issue properly because I have a mold allergy. I really appreciated the fact that this was important to Jeff, as he holds the quality of his work to a high level. If that wasn't enough, Jeff also dealt with our 2 dogs, 2 teenagers & my 83 year old dad with patience as he worked everyday. We are very pleased with the project & the outcome of all the work Our Guy around The house completed.

Jeff outfitted a complete craft room for me including cabinets and countertops. He also installed a complete closet system in my walk in master closet. I had very specific requirements for my craft room to accommodate all of my various hobbies including a sink and soldering station with a vent above it and fire proofing on counters and walls, and Jeff was very creative with coming up with cost effective solutions for my needs. He is a very honest person and will tell you if he thinks that you don't need to spend money on something because you won't have a good return on investment with it. He is so clever with figuring out how to maximize storage space. He carefully thought about every thing I needed to store and do in the room and the best layout for the room. He even installed wheels on a very large table that sits in the middle of my craft room so that I can move it easily and open drawers on one side of the room and then shift it to open drawers on other side. I can still have my large table and all the drawer space I wanted. Jeff's work is very detail oriented, and he cleans up the work area completely when he is finished. My closet looks amazing as well. Jeff worked with me to accommodate all my clothes and accessories and really thought of everything. My husband has been particularly impressed with the shoe storage and drawers that Jeff installed on his side of the closet. I highly recommend Jeff for all of your handyman and closet solution needs.

Jeff did a kitchen and bathroom remodel at my home. He did a fantastic job! I am very pleased with all the work he did for me. He had lots of great ideas and he paid great attention to detail on every aspect of the job. Everything was done to perfection and he was always busy working, never wasting time. He was very respectful of my time and always showed up when he said he would. Always willing to go the extra mile to make the job perfect!! He does a really good job, he did exactly what he said it was gonna be. He said that if I still need him he will definitely come back. No hassle. I'm just happy with the finished product and experience. Their price is reasonable.

Jeff did a great job. He arrived early an on-time each morning and put in a full day's work. At the end both projects were completed to our satisfaction.

Bath remodel went very well with very good quality work, done on time and the final bill was lower then the estimate. Jeff (your guy around the house) was sure to clean the area at the end of his work day, Project took a week. Showed up at the time he stated every day, and took some added tasks all in stride. Also made some suggestions that saved me money. Jeff maintained his professionalism throughout the project no matter the task at hand. Would hire again!

The Kitchen remodel went very well, Jeff (your guy around the house) did the demo work of removing my old 80's kitchen including the old soffits from the ceiling. Jeff installed new led recessed lighting for me as well as some added outlets for the new counter. Jeff's work looks good and very good value for the job done. We added several things to the job as we went along and Jeff's professionalism never waivered. The work took about a week and a half to finish, working around my counter people, the counter top people and a plumber that the counter people insisted on. I am happy to say I have a great looking kitchen that I am proud of. Every thing is done but the tile backsplash that Jeff will be insalling for me when he can get it scheduled.

Arrived right on time and waisted no time getting to work. Was very professional and the quality of his work was great. Highly recommended!

Jeff removed old grout and replaced it with waterproof caulk. Jeff saved me as I was down to one shower. I found him to think things through, he's efficient, honest with his advice, and fairly priced. Thank you Jeff.

Jeff was super easy to work with and did a great job on a labor intensive job. He was reliable, punctual and completed the work in a timely manner. Communication between us and Jeff was excellent and he was open to making adjustments to our plan as the work proceeded to achieve the desired outcome.

Jeff worked with my folks to close in a porch area, he helped them stay within budget and it looks fabulous. Gregarious, bright, and honest.

Jeff is extremely nice and was very flexible. He basically came in and saw that not much work really was needed and really spent 5 min fixing a problem that would've taken me forever to deal with on my own. Did not end of even charging me despite my insistence. Clearly values his brand and business and does right by his customers. Will definitely use him again for any job.

Fantastic! Jeff is outstanding and very capable. He completed our project quickly and was very affordable. We wll use him for all our home projects.

A bunch. Jeff came out and replaced a lot of rotted wood on my wrap around porches. He repainted them and they look brand new. Then we had him regrout the master shower and it looks brand new as well

Overall the project(s) went well. Jeff and I did not have the best repour with one another, still he maintained a high level of professionalism at all times. I believe we had a misunderstanding at the onset concerning estimates which led to problems later. I would use Jeff again and do recommend him. Tile work was excellent, drywall repair had its challenges in matching the texture (Jeff adjusted for this with a credit - again a demonstration of his professionalism), one of the two conduits didn't go quite as planned but is still absolutely functional. I would use Jeff again without hesitation. He was prompt, polite during adversity and did what he could to make a customer happy when a concern was brought to his attention.

We are usually do-it-yourself-ers, so I don’t have a price comparison for these services, but it was nice to get some things checked off our list without having to do it ourselves. He was kind and professional and we were pleased with the work.

Anyone considering the engagement of someone to tackle anything from minor handyman services to major household renovations, should talk to Jeff and his company, Endless Possibility. His work is impeccable; his pricing reasonable; his honesty beyond reproach; and, his dedication to finished quality work both consistent and admirable. I first had Jeff do work for me in early 2016. At the time, I had both a list of minor handyman projects I needed done and dreams about major renovations throughout my house, if I could find the right guy to trust with them. My approach was to try out a few highly recommended service providers on a few of the little jobs and to, then, discuss my grander aspirations with those that did best with the smaller stuff and had a high likelihood of keeping me happy with the larger projects. As it worked out, Jeff quickly revealed himself as a stand-out in my little competition. The initial jobs were small and, consequently, not financially significant to either of us, but he approached them as if they were among the most important jobs on his schedule. He appeared on time; made whatever suggestions he thought I should consider; accepted my decisions without reserve; and, completed high quality work quickly and efficiently. It was obvious that he wouldn’t be expecting payment and/or departing until the work was done to my satisfaction and I was smiling. Customer satisfaction is what drives Jeff. That is the bottom line. The first major renovation on my wish list was a complete redo of my master bathroom. What I had in my mind’s eye, however, would require major planning; dozens upon dozens of important decisions; and, lots of shopping. Jeff wisely suggested that we should consider doing all of this preparatory work at the same time we tackled the second major renovation on my list, a major renovation of my lanai – a big job as well, but one that required much less planning and preparatory work. The logic was unassailable, so we proceeded on that basis – a very wise decision. The lanai – which was done fantastically well – was finished about the time actual work on the big bathroom was ready to commence! And, due to all of the time and effort completed before work began, resulted in a finished master bathroom that was world class in every way. In the end, we went through all 15 rooms of my house in this same fashion – lots of preplanning and design work before the work was started; lots and lots of attention to detail; and, last but certainly not least, lots of Jeff’s creative genius brought to bear to ensure that the final product would exceed all of my expectations in a timely manner. The bottom line is that, if you have high quality work in mind, you should consider Jeff and Endless Possibility. If you’re looking for the low bidder and/or a quick and dirty job, he’s probably not the right choice for you. In my case, he exceeded all of my expectations and I’d have him do all of that work again in a heartbeat. It’s easy to see how he’s won the Super Service Award for three years in a row!
