I appreciate the detailed list that they leave every week to notify me if the pool was vacuumed, baskets checkEd, pH Chlorine levels, etc. also I appreciate that they let me know if something looks like it will need to be serviced (DE filter). I wish you could fix my heat pump! But even then they gave me referral to fix it. Great service

 + -1 moreWhen we first signed up for the service in August 2015, two of the technicians came over and explained everything and showed us quite a few things about our pool that we didn't know. The monthly service has always been on time. They're keeping our pool nice!

 + -1 moreThe crew always cleaned and serviced my pool every Fri. They left me notes on my pool-Perchance I would meet up with the crew-they were ALWAYS so friendly! The company's pricing is very reasonable and they do good work!
Description of Work: If I could give Joe and crew A++++ I would! Windermere Pool has serviced my pool for 13+ years and they have ALWAYS done a wonderful job. If I have a question, I call and I get answered quickly. On a few occassions I needed repairs and they were always Jonny -on-the-spot as far as repairs. I HIGHLY recommend Windermere Pool Service.

Description of Work: I was having trouble with my pool heater and had previously had another company (the original installer) come out for repair. After several attempts that company was not able to get the heater working and suggested replacing it. Knowing the unit was only a year old I decided to get a second opinion and called Windermere Pool Service who were able to quickly determine the issue and fix the unit. I am very pleased with my decision to use them and will do so again.

 + -1 moreWe've been using them for a year and ALL members of their staff are very courteous, pleasant and professional. They have shown initiative to fix our pool vacuum when it broke, and took it in for repair, leaving me a note as I wasn't home at the time. They never hesitate to answer any questions I have and provide detailed feedback every week via a written note they leave after servicing the pool, detailing any problems or issues they may have noticed. I cant say enough good things about them!
Description of Work: I have my pool cleaned and serviced every week by Windermere Pools. I have been extremely pleased with them.

Description of Work: Great service, complete professionalism, courteous, and very customer-friendly! Windermere Pools is GREAT! My husband and I recently purchased a home in a new area & we needed someone to teach us and accquaint us with our new pool system as the previous owners left no guides and we had never owned a salt water system. I went on Angie's List & read the wonderful, promising reviews on Windermere Pool Services (WPS), so I wanted to look them up immediately. WPS has a comprehensive, user-friendly website that made it extremely easy for me to navigate and learn more about them. I saw that they offer "Pool School," where they can send someone out and teach you about your new home's pool. We were thrilled; we called Joe (owner) to make an appointment. We left a message and he returned our call immediately. Within the next week, Don was sent to our home to go over our pool with us and to label all our pumps for us! He was helpful, honest, and a pleasure to meet. This was incredibly helpful and just what we needed. Don left us with an informative packet that included more information about WPS' history, their rates, services, and even included their company license & BBB ratings! Wow. I was blown away by how professional they were from top to bottom. They really have all their bases covered, are kind to their clients, and you can trust them. We booked them for weekly pool services & couldn't be happier! Thank you, Angie's List for leading us to them! I would highly recommend them. Their employees & vehicles are clearly marked & they went above and beyond what I expect from any new contracted services coming into our home. A great find!

 + -1 moreWindermere Pools comes to my house every Friday to clean my pool and deal with any issues that I might have. They also add the necessary chemicals, tell me when to add or remove water and they reset my timers, if necessary. Their employees are friendly, professional and very helpful. Now that my pool is coming out of warranty, I will use them for necessary repairs. When I had a leak in my pool, Joe Burns, the owner of the company, was so helpful. All Seasons Pool, that built my pool, were horrible. In closing, I cannot say enough about Joe Burns and his team! I am a happy customer.

 + -1 moreThe company was able to address various issues with control panel and plumbing that company which installed pool and a company that was maintaining pool were unable or unwilling to address. Subsequently selected company to install an energy efficient pump. When that pump's motor failed, company obtained a replacement and installed (at no additional cost). The company has consistently been responsive to requests and has kept appointments. Their rep has always answered questions and provided reliable advice about the operation of the pool. Particularly impressed by company not charging to troubleshoot and do labor to replace failed motor on new pump (manufacturer issue, not Windermere's). 2 trips here and at least an hour to replace the motor. Very fortuitous that we tried them and have no plans to change.
Description of Work: First experience was due to previous service providers being unresponsive. Company fixed various problems related to piping and control panel. Also (in April) replace a pump that needed to be replaced. Pump subsequently stopped working and company obtain a replacement motor from the manufacturer and installed.
