I had a huge tree removed. I had had 4 or 5 estimates and theirs was by far the best. They do business like companies used to do business. They were prompt, professional and they took this tree down in no time. They left no mess behind and every person with whom I had any interaction was not just professional and knowledgeable, but friendly too. I used West Tree Service several years ago but ended up on the website today because a coworker asked for a reliable tree company. I don't remember the cost so I couldn't complete that section but their estimate was the best while also being the most professional company I talked to.

They do an excellent job at a very competitive price. Brian was very nice and took his time in listening to what we needed. Brooke from their office sent us copies of their General Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation Policies. Jay and his crew arrived ahead of schedule. He talked with me in detail about what was needed to satisfy both HOA and county requirements. They went to work and did an outstanding job on a large oak tree. They cleaned up everything. These guys are great! They were prompt, polite and professional. They trimmed two large Oak trees, removed moss and neatly trimmed a twenty foot tall hedge row. They have very high quality equipment and trucks, so they are able to get the job done quickly. I was also very impressed with how clean the our yard was when they finished. I would highly recommend this crew for your most complex tree trimming jobs.

The crew did a fantastic job. We had another service trim our trees a few years ago and they did not trim them nearly as thoroughly as West's crew did. Very happy with their work. They cleaned up every bit of the mess, leaving no trace that they were there except for the finely trimmed trees. And I was surprised at how low the cost was. Would definitely recommend them.

Rob and Scott were great to work with. Punctual, friendly and the price was right. They came by and provided a quote, and 2 days later they did the work. Hauled everything off and cleaned up before they left. My trees look great! Highly recommend them for tree trimming services.

We highly recommend West Tree Services. They just completed extensive trimming on 5 mature camphor trees that were long overdue for grooming. Their work and professionalism exceeded expectations (which were high and hopeful to begin with). They are licensed and provide workman’s comp for their employees, as well. Scott West and his team provided excellent, personalable service starting with my initial phone call for an estimate to end of job follow-up. West Tree Service delivered on their promise.
