Everything went really well. I have a very large roof (80 sq) with a steep pitch. They performed the work and paid great attention to the smallest details. I would highly recommend!

While he mentioned that based on the age of our roof and current condition it would need to be repaired/replaced at some point, he didn't try to push us or scare us or sell us anything. He was professional, answered all our questions and helped us understand what repairs were needed.

I called them and left a voicemail message at 10:22 am on 8/12/11. The owner called me back at 9:56 am on 8/15/11. We discussed my situation and he said he would like to come out and give me a free estimate. When he heard that I worked out of the house, he asked if he could come at his leisure. I replied that no, I had three other roofers coming that day to bid on the work. He said the the free estimate costs him money, and said I should call him if "it doesn't work out" with the other roofers. It didn't sound like he wanted to compete for my business, so I removed him from my list of options.

Everything went well. No problems at all.

I had to wait until the weather permitted Sunshine Roofing to finish existing jobs before getting started, but Mitchell Gilley, Terrel Corbitt's associate, kept me informed with regular updates. We had quite a lot rain during August and September, and Sunshine was able to get started on October 5th. They worked constantly and completed the job in 3 days. Terrel and Mitchell were there to make sure everything was done right and inspected thoroughly after the job was completed. They did a great job cleaning up and I found very few nails. My roof no longer leaks and looks very attractive. Oh, and Mitchell went out of his way to get the color of shingle that I wanted, coming by my house twice with samples for me to see.
