Noel has been a big asset to help me & my family to get important home projects accomplished in a timely manner. Noel is very professional & gives an accurate, honest estimate. He is fairly priced & his exceptional detail to uphold the highest quality standards is very important to me. He has also done excellent work at my twin brother's home as well. I would recommend Noel to anyone who needs a paint job, a major renovation or a minor upgrade such as adding a ceiling fan. His friendly & easy to approach personality makes any homeowner feel at ease whenever a home project needs to be done. I normally don't give great reviews bc of my attention to detail to make sure everything is done with the upmost detail but Noel delivers and then some! Before having the house painted, we had a landscape crew come out to trim and transplant all of the plants away from the house at least a foot or two so the exterior was ready to be worked on. After contacting Noel through his website and wrangling our schedules to match through a few phone calls, we had our estimate and an agreement reached within a week. Noel and his crew painted the exterior of our house ($3K) and painted & re-screened our back porch ($3K). Originally, I was surprised by the high cost of the back porch part of the job, but I love the way everything has turned out. The covering of the windows showed that we have one which was not sealed tightly against air leaks (the plastic billowed out from the house), so Noel helped us to see that we should have our window installers come back out to reseal. He also advised us to get back-guards for our sprinklers so that they would not spray the house and discolor the paint over time. Our house hadn't been painted in at least 15 years, nor had it been cleaned. After the pressure washing, I was thrilled with the way the house looked without even being painted! The bleach solution did smell a bit, discolor some mulch, and make my plants a little unhappy for a week or so, but they bounced back with regular watering. We had great weather, so no rain delays. The entire job took less than a week. The painting is wonderful. We're very happy. Everything looks amazing, shiny, and new again.

We have been working with Noel almost a decade. He and his team have delivered time and time again. Drywall work to enclose a room Exterior sealing and painting Interior room painting, excellent! Minor repairs, drywall, etc We are working people and cannot take time off, like most. That being said, I make my living in the service industry as well. I feel very comfortable with he and his team in and around my home while we are at work. He is very dedicated, very trustworthy, very professional. Remember, this has been almost a decade of service excellence. It speaks for itself. As we move out of the area, we are very happy yo know that Noel services the section of a Central Florida we are going to. Consider him your "Go to Guy".

I've actually used Noel's services in the past for painting and other services. The reason I continue to go back to them is "quality". Noel and his team are meticulous no matter what the job is that they are performing. The new knockdown ceilings make my house look brand new. I'm so excited I'm remodeling and painting everything else now. He even completed a couple of last minute projects I requested him to do that I forgot to ask about in his intial visit for an estimate - patch a hole in my bathroom ceiling and change out a recessed lighting fixture in my living room. They even finished ahead of schedule. My next project using their services is replacing my master bath galley shower. I highly recommend their services to anyone.
