Johnson Professional Painting Service painted the exterior of our house. Not a small job! From a technical standpoint, they helped us select a top quality paint and made sure it was applied to the house correctly. The house looks amazing -- it's hard to remember when it has looked as good as it does now! From a customer service standpoint, they operate at an extremely high level. They arrive when they say they will. They are courteous and friendly. They let us know about any problems they encountered as soon as possible and gave us a status of the work at the end of the day. They made sure our property and home were well protected (including two puppies who had to have their noses in everything!). If they found any problems with the house as they worked that were unrelated to the painting project, they would ask if we would like them to fix the problem. We will hire them again the first chance we get and strongly encourage others to contact them too.

We had absolutely no challenges with overspray on our house, plants, windows, or vehicles. It was so important to them to safeguard the area from damage, they also ensured our neighbors were protected from even the slightest possibility of overspray. Their team was extremely careful to protect our landscaping from any damage. They were very considerate to always let us know when they had arrived on our property and when they were leaving. In addition, the work space was cleaned of all painting debris, equipment, and material daily. We were always kept informed on where we were in the process as they provided us with daily updates on progress. Their commitment to excellence shown in every portion of the process. Johnson Professional Painting provided additional services that were not included in the contract. This additional work was sometimes even above and beyond the scope of what would be expected from a painting company. On a personal level, they were great with our kids and even chased my dog down the street to return him home when I did not realize he had gotten out!
