Description of Work: We had issues with an electrical outlet. They sent over a |Senior master electrician, who tried for over an hour to |replace outlet. He said he had never seen one like this before and couldn't get it done. |No charge for service, after his company had insisted we pay. Very disappointed with poor workmanship. |Will never use them again. |Waiting for my husband to come home from his trip and he fixed it in about ten minutes.

+ -1 moreI called IES when the power in certain areas of my home would go on and off for what seemed as no reason. The worst part was the outlet that powered our alarm system was affected! Richelle answered the phone and scheduled a convenient time for service. Leroy arrived at scheduled time, was courteous and professional. He listened to my detailed description and throughly investigated the situation. After diagnosing the problem he estimated the repair cost and took care of the issue. I was so grateful for IES to make us feel safe with the electrical in our home! I plan on using them for our next remodel job. I would highley recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work.
Description of Work: IES diagnosed and repaired electrical issue that was causing my family a ton of stress!
