Description of Work: I bought rental property and was told there was a septic system - when a toilet backed up, I called Mr. Harrison. He and his helper spent a long time looking for the tank, but weren't able to find it - for good reason - after hours on the phone with the City of Orlando - come to find out there is no septic system - the property is on city sewer. Mr. Harrison wouldn't charge me anything, I had to force him to take $20.00 for lunch!

septic tank
+ -1 moreSunday morning and we had overflowing showers and toilets. Most companies didn't even have an available truck, even though they listed Sunday hours. Harrison was $10 more expensive than the cheapest quote we got, but we would have had to wait until noon on Monday for service. We felt it was worth the extra few bucks to get it taken care of right away (we were getting desperate!). Within 2 hours of our original call, they were at our house and getting business taken care of. Septic system was unclogged, tank pumped clean, and our yard put back together so you'd barely even know they were there. The guys were very friendly and explained everything they were doing and answered all my wife's questions as they worked. I was very happy with their service and would happily recommend them to anyone.

+ 0 moreAll work was completed on time as promised and they left the area in great shape even leveling out the elevation with some of the extra dirt. There estimate was the best and their workmanship did not disappoint. I know we will not need to use his service again for many years but I highly recommend giving them a call if you have septic problems.
Description of Work: I dealt with Richard and John during this experience and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our businesses septic tanks were the old block and mortar style and caving in. John and his team installed a 1350 gal septic tank and 750 sq ft drainfield, abandoned the old tank. They did not do the plumbing but handled the sub-contractor and that experience was great also.
