Great job and was accounting my work schedule

Service was excellent and on time. They communicated with me prior to the visit, sent me messages when they were en route and completed the work professionally. Another company was trying to sell me a new system before they even looked at mine. I will use and recommended them for any garage needs. Price was fair and honest. They did not try to upscale me on anything.

Chico was top notch from start to finish. I cannot recommend him enough. We replaced our garage doors and openers. Due to COVID the doors took much longer to receive from manufacturer. This of course was no fault of Chico and company. He promised to have this installed by the end of the year and he made good on his promise. The doors finally came in just before Christmas. He insisted on installing right away and even came Christmas Eve to make sure everything was finished and complete. He and his crew were helpful, neat, and on time. To make matters better, there was unfortunately a fire on our block and the house is being rebuilt. We asked him if our equipment was still in good condition and if it was, we would like to give it to the family for the rebuild. Chico went to the house, measured and verified it would fit perfectly. Seeing the situation he donated his time and installed our equipment at the house free of charge to help the family out. We were blown away by his generosity. It was always a pleasure to speak with Camilla to schedule the work. I would highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.

The tech arrived on-time (in fact early!), and ready to start working. Vinny was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. He finished his work in a timely manner, and the charges were VERY reasonable.

I am very satisfied with the the work done by Chico's Garage Door Svc LLC. All of the staff that I encountered at Chico's were friendly, helpful and professional. Vinny, the installer was prompt and efficient and made sure everything was in working order and that I didn't have any unanswered questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Chico's Garage Door Svc. I have nothing but good things to say, I was treated very well and the equipment recommended to me was actually cheaper than what I originally inquired about wanting. The recommended choice was perfect for what I needed and I am glad that I listened to the pros.

Vinny, the installer, was courteous, fast and efficient. He did very professional work and the worksite was left clean. I did have one problem, but it was not his fault. He demonstrated the operation of the unit before he left and everything worked. Unfortunately, something in the electronics failed later that evening. I am working with Chamberlain to get it resolved.

One year ago Chico's install replacement springs. Today I know they installed the wrong ones, the installer also dropped our garage door and damaged it. Today the minor damage on that day has grown into a rip, major damage, Chico's yelled at me over the phone while standing in my garage and in front of my son. I had to ask them to leave. Beware of this company and the owner. They install the wrong springs and in my case damaged my home.

Great experience with Chico’s. I got quotes from a lot of different garage door businesses and they quoted us the cheapest price by far! They showed up at the exact time they said. Extremely professional, fast and efficient. They even took the time to fix a part on our motor that was not part of the job we hired them for, free of charge. Excellent company will definitely use them again no question!

They were fantastic!! Didn’t try and up sell which he probably could have given the Fact that my cables were just hanging. He even fixed my lock at no charge. I would definitely recommend Chico’s again!!!!!

Immediate response from vendor with pricing. My request for a quote was after business hours too, so kudos to them. Scheduled the appointment and were there the next morning. Repair took a half hour, technician was awesome.

The work was completed without a hitch. I submitted a request for quotes from three businesses. All three responded. Chico's had the least amount of reviews but all very good. I decided to go with Chico's. The same day I made a decision I also received a follow-up written quote and scheduled the work for the very next day. They stayed in touch with me through phone calls and emails (verbal and written quote, scheduled the work and verified the date via email, submitted the final invoice via email, and gave me payment paperwork via email once the job was completed...all very thorough). The gentleman who did the work was very friendly and knowledgeable; he had the work completed within 45 minutes. I was so impressed with his work, I told him I'd be calling Chico's back at the first of the new year to install a garage door opener on my single-car garage door.

Great guys to work with. They completed the job with ease and professionally. They also setup all the remotes, wifi and car connection to new garage door openers. I will use them again in the future.

I was extremely happy with the service I received. The response to the quote was prompt and appointment scheduled very quickly. Once our expert arrived, he made some extra recommendations that made everything work much better. He even found (and quickly fixed) some problems that we didn't expect.

Company responded quickly to my inquiry. Came out and gave me a reasonable estimate and some sound advice. Replaced the door on my schedule and did an excellent job. Vinnie even spent extra time to ensure that my 16 year old garage door opener worked smoothly. (During a previous estimate I was told that it would need to be replaced and would not work with the new door.) I would definitely recommend Chico's and will use them again.
