+ -1 moreThey were able to help me get the part through warranty. They came out on Saturday New Year's Eve at around 8:30am, which was roughly 45 minutes after I called. I was in need of a new motor to get my heat running. They were able to install a used part to get my heat working until a new part came in.
Description of Work: Needed the blower motor replaced.

Description of Work: Contacted them for Heating and A/C. When I called, I thought maybe I had the wrong number. I verified I dialed the number correctly, however the gentleman on the line seemed bothered. I had to question whether I was contacting the company as he never mentioned the company name. I had some questions and it just seemed like he didn't want to answer. It's a shame because I have dealt with other companies listed through Angie's List and never had this problem.

Description of Work: My air conditioner wasn't working at all. The tech came out and diagnosed the problem. He replaced a blown fuse and also added a couple of pounds of freon. The tech also recommended some maintenance that will/may be needed in the future.

+ -1 moreI called at 2 PM on a Friday afternoon with an urgent need to have my AC looked at because it was not cooling. The technician said he could come out around 4 PM the same day. He was right on time, made the evaluation quickly and completely a very tedious repair quickly and got our AC back up and running. This was my first time using this company, I feel like the price was very reasonable and the service was professional completely. I will definitely call them again when I need any future service, extremely happy!!

Description of Work: Our heat went out on a very cold night when our grandsons were visiting! I called Air Excel after checking Angie's List and was told they would be out within an hour. They showed up within half an hour and got right to work and found the problem fairly quickly. They did have to go get a part to fix the unit and came back as soon as possible. Not only is the heat working well now but the air these past few days works even better! I definitely would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Air Excel was recommended to me by a friend to fix my A/C unit which suddenly stopped working. After speaking with Mr. Bryan, he promptly responded and fixed the problem (needed a new motor) as well as serviced my A/C unit.
