Our fridge wasnâ t cooling properly. Joe called within minutes of my placing the repair request. With a few questions he had the diagnosis, checked on the needed part availability, and the repair was done within 48hr of repair request. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I donâ t know what others would have charged, and I was willing to pay the quoted cost because we needed the fridge working but it was more than I had hoped it would be. Have not needed a fridge repair in years so maybe thatâ s just what things cost now. In any case, Iâ d recommend his services and we will not hesitate to call if we need appliances repaired in the future.

I discovered the problem on Friday. Joseph Horvath called right away. We set an appointment for the next day, Saturday. Joe called prior to coming out, listened to me and proceeded to evaluate my concerns. My washer had water running from underneath. When he explained and showed me where it was coming from, he informed me that he could fix it but that I would be better off buying a new washer because it would be cheaper than what it would cause to fix it. Right then and there, I knew I would call him again if needed. He's a pleasant man to deal with. My washer is 11 years old and had problems I never recognized until I responded to questions asked of me. I would definitely use him again. Just pay for the service call which he told me the Friday he called.
